Pros: Staff were very polite and happy to greet us with all of our comings and goings. There were free toiletries both in the check in room and in the lobby. Included a mini fridge and kettle, as well as some complimentary coffee sachets. There was towels and even pyjamas provided too☺️

Cons: Only fault was the room is on the smaller side if two people are checking in with large luggage, still manageable though.

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location near the Kamata Station (perfect being close to the JR station) but it is very far from major Tokyo destinations. If you do not have male companion/s avoid staying out late. The Kamata Station, although small, is VERY busy ! Kamata reminds me of Osaka. Staff are not Japanese but they tried hard to give that Japanese service. The room is what I like about this hotel - Very clean and comfortable ! Very Japanese ! The first hotel with hair curler is a plus ! And also a toilet that's not just Japanese but with automatic flush. Plus plus ponts. Bed is comfortable!

Cons: Do your research if Kamata area is for you. But to see this side of Tokyo is cool.

Great value for money

Pros: The location was great as it took us only 2 minutes to get to Kamata Station. There were also lots of restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly and the rooms very clean and quiet.

The hotel accessability was just right with the Kamata Station just 100m away.

Pros: The suite room was amazing, huge and lots of space for movement, the garden jacuzzi was a delight. The view was magnificent too.

Cons: Nil

Pros: Location was good. It was close to JR line which made it very convenient for travel. The room was also more spacious than most hotel rooms in Tokyo. (Granted the room could fit 3 people but we were only 2). They would clean the room everyday and give fresh amenities. Checkin and Checkout were no hassle.

Cons: Location was in an area surrounded by many bars- we didn't mind it at all, and it was safe but it might be an issue to people staying with kids. Although close to a JR line, the location was still far from all the tourist destinations. Shibuya was around 30-40 mins away by train.

Cons: หมอนใบเล็กและบางไปหน่อย ฉันต้องเอาเสื้อหรือผ้าขนหนูมาม้วนมีความหนาเพิ่ม

推し活ライブを満喫できました

Pros: ライブ会場から徒歩1分でとても助かった。外国人スタッフさんのフレンドリーさが良かった。同じ推しの見知らぬ人と仲良くなって、写真撮影をお願いしたら面白がって3枚も撮ってくれた。 お湯のポットがデロンギだったところがかっこよくて良かったが、デザイン性が高すぎて使い方がわかりづらかった。使用方法を壁に貼っておいて欲しい。ヘアアイロンが常設されていたことが良かった。コンセントの差し込み口がたくさんあるのも良かった。

Cons: ベッドが広くってそこは良かったのですが、ベッドで床が全て埋まっている作りの部屋で、お年寄りはあれは滞在が難しいと思う。足腰が悪い人は利用を控えてと告知した方がいいのではないでしょうか。ちびっこは、足をぶつけながらも喜ぶと思う。

また、東京へ行く時は利用したい。

Pros: JR蒲田から近くてとても便利だった。 周りに飲食店も多くて遅くまで食事が楽しめた。 部屋も清潔感あり設備も機能的で使いやすかった。

Cons: 特に無し

コスパ最高、アクセスも良く、東京観光にはココを予約します。

Pros: ・蒲田駅までとても近く、アクセスが良かった。 ・ユニットバスではなく、シャワールーム設置の部屋だったのでトイレが湯気だらけになったり、シャワーの水で濡れたりすることもなく快適だった。 ・シャワールームも掃除が行き届いている感じがしました。 ・ベッドも広く、子供と添い寝でも大丈夫でした。また子どもがベッドから落下する危険もなく安心して過ごせました。

Cons: ・冷蔵庫がかなり小さめで入りきりませんでした。

とてもコスパよく、快適に過ごせました。

Pros: 部屋の広さがちょうどよく、トイレとシャワーが別だったのがよかった。 全体的にとても清潔てした。 フロントのスタッフさんも外国の方でしたがとても丁寧で感じ良く対応してくださいました。

Cons: シャワーヘッドの角度が少し使いづらかったです。
