Best staff ever

Pros: The staff was the best! It was raining when I checked out and I didnt have an umbrella. When I just got out of the hotel, a staff member ran after me to ask if I have umbrella and when I said I didnt have one, they told me to wait and gave me an umbrella! That was just the nicest and most considerate gesture especially because they knew I wouldnt be able to give it back since I had checked out already. The room and bathroom were also very clean. 3-minute walk to Kamata station and lots of convenience stores and restaurants around.

Pros: 滞在前からいくつか相談をしましたが、毎回迅速に回答していただきました。当日も受付の方が丁寧に対応してくださり、快適に過ごせました。

Cons: 宿泊施設に対して良くなかった点はありません。場所が繁華街付近のため、少し騒がしさはあります。

Excellent

Pros: The staff were exceptional. The location is good and quite close to Kamata station. The rooms was good, although smells of cigarette smoke. There is washing facility on the ground floor and ironing options if asked for. The staffs are polite and helpful.i loved it.

Pros: Personnel adorable, dévoué pour aider. Super accueil également. Chambre idéale dans un emplacement idéal. Quartier qui bouge le soir, assez jeune, et avec tout ce qu'il faut autour

Pros: La calidez del servicio y la prontitud para atender a nuestras solicitudes. Está muy cerca de la estación JR, tiendas y restaurantes. Para ir al aeropuerto de Haneda sólo tuvimos que tomar el bus que sale a la vuelta de la estación. Las habitaciones fueron de nuestro completo agrado.

Cons: Sin comentarios.

Pros: Llegamos cerca de las 2am y el personal nos recibió con la mejor sonrisa y amabilidad, lo que se espera cuando acabas de llegar a un nuevo destino y cansado. Check in rápido, todo impecable, muy cómodo. Y la ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y con tiendas y estación de JR cerca.
