Good and comforting stay

Pros: The location is right around the corner from Kita-Shinagawa station, which makes it easy to go to anywhere around Tokyo. If you plan on using the bullet train, Shinagawa station is really close as well. For those who just needs a room to sleep comfortably, this is the place.

Cons: The wallpapers were peeling off, and the room looked very unfinished. It still gives you all you need to spend the night comfortably though.

Pros: Hotel is very clean and staff is super helpful. Best however is the location, you are in a small neighborhood not far from Shinagawa station (so good connection within the city and outside). There are some local super markets, really great restaurants and people are nice.

Pros: Good location less than 5 minutes walk from Kitashinagawa station on Keikyu line, quick access to bus or metro lines to visit Tokyo, convenience stores and dining options nearby. 100% repeat. Amazing hotel and neighbourhood.

Pros: I loved the neighbourhood. It may seem quiet but I suggest staying in Shinawaga. You have a train station nearby that connects you not only to Tokyo, but to the whole country. There also amazing restaurants nearby. The hotel is also great and there is a useful minimart right by it.

Pros: The hotel is a 15 minutes walk away from Shinagawa Station, where you can take the Yamanote Line to go to the major stations of Tokyo. I found the room to be big enough. Less than 2 minutes away there is a convenience store (Family Mart), a supermarket (\

Cons: I think the checkout is too early, it's until 10 a.m. I didn't have the time to clean up the room as I wished to do. Also, the absence of an elevator/lift is inconvenient. The staff helped me move my luggage up and down, but it was quite heavy and I wish they didn't have to do that.

Pros: Great location (near the subway- 5min walk; and airport- less than an hour via subway) and with loads of restaurants nearby in a quaint street ! Very calm location, clean room, hot water and welcoming staff. An address to remember!
