Fabulous for our DisneySea adventure!

Pros: Stayed two nights for our DisneySea adventure. Fabulous quad single room for 1 adult and 3 kids. Super comfortable, beds were fabulous. Excellent location, very short walk to Disney loop line and we were able to get bus direct to Narita airport.

Highly recommend to any family looking for great Disney Resort accommodation

Pros: Fantastic location for access to Disney resorts. The Sheraton Lounge was fantastic and I would highly recommend to book a room that offers access to it. The hotel had everything we needed for a family of five's 3 night stay.

Awesome place to stay very good value for money.

Pros: It was a great hotel my family really enjoyed staying there and close to the theme parks. We also booked the limosuine bus that picked us up from the Hotel and took us to Narita airport. Staff had all our bags downstairs and ready for the bus arrival and were very helpful with the process.

Cons: The only thing we were a bit disappointed with was the Buffet breakfast the food was a bit bland and tasteless as well as expensive. We have had Buffet at other Sheraton Hotels in different countries and we always enjoyed however, we were not impressed with Tokyo Bay Sheraton buffet for price or quality. Unfortunately there are not many other options for food in the area so the following day we just went straight to Disney and had breakfast there. We did have room service for dinner one night which was very tasty and well priced in our opinion.

Pros: Location was fantastic to access both disneyland/ disneysea To venture off into the city you catch the JE line train service Surplus beds made our stay comfortable Beds were comfy Food was great Kids entertainment was endless

Cons: A IC card for the bayside train cost 300yen per person when entering and exiting multi times the cost adds up quiet quick for the group for 9. If you purchase a physical ticket each day its 300yen and adult 150yen a child we didn't find this out until the end of our stay.
