Great affordable place for a one night stay

Pros: Room was very spacy with a lot on the bathroom side (it's a love hotel after all) : big bathtub and various equipments. Also comfortable bed and sofa. The location is really good being close to multiple places in Tokyo considering that Meguro is connected to the Yamanote Line. The Meguro station however is reasonably uphill compared to the hotel that is on the Meguro riverbank so it can be a hindrance. Staff is considerate to international visitors even if that's not the main aim of the place as you still can leave your luggage before the stay if needed.

Cons: As obvious as it may be, one has to be aware when booking that this is not a resort but a love hotel with the specific way to run the place (closed room, no key, call to front desk for going out). It's a not a good or bad thing, it's just how it is but it's best to know before booking. I would not advise to pick such a place for a long stay though

Wish I stayed here earlier

Pros: The level amenities is UNPARALLELED. Private sauna. Curling iron, blow dryer, 6 steps of skin care routine, all the bath goodies, hair tonic, -- you name it. A fully en suite room, in this location, at this price? Incredible. When you're used to staying 11sqm business hotels in Tokyo, this is absolute luxury.

Cons: The lack of a key system is quite confusing for people not using it as a love hotel but a regular stay. I'm not sure how to re-enter the room but I'm sure the staff could help if asked. For discretionary reasons, they make it self-check in/check out system.

Great value for a huge room with lots of things

Pros: The room was clean, huge, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was good and the sauna work well. Heaps of amenities and friendly staff. The check in process was very easy and the staff were prepared for me when I got there.

First Time Love Hotel visitor

Pros: The staff was professional, and definitely as love hotel, they give you privacy. Room was spacious and good. Also theres a sauna in the room. like that's a bonus if you enjoy good sauna before a bubble bath :> for first time experiencing love hotel, I enjoyed the stay and how comfortable the bed and pillows were! also amount of light adjustments you could do... :)) If you don't know what love hotel is about, def check YouTube vids out and to know what you are expecting... or you will be disappointed
