everything is good, except the stairs at the entrance

Pros: good view, comfortable bed, clean room, helpful staff

Cons: stairs make us difficult when carrying luggage. Although staffs are very helpful, it also creates a lot of workload to them. I hope some change can be made to help both the tourist and the staff

Cons: Spring A/C schedule meant we had to keep the window open to cool the room.

Pros: Close to the Ueno Park and Ueno transportation hub. Quiet street; quiet room. Excellent restaurant. Friendly service.

Cons: There was a faint unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Pros: Location, location, location and friendliness and cleanliness My 4th stay!

Cons: The rooms are not big, but it is Tokyo! Only one pillow provided, but if you ask, they are more than happy to provide additional pillows.

Pros: The hotel is near to Ueno station. Check in is fast and smooth.

Cons: We had to carry our heavy luggage to the lobby by stair as there is no ramp available in front of the hotel lobby. The Hotel didn't provide complimentary water bottles.

Pros: The breakfast was quite good offering some variety. The location is excellent at 2mn walk from Ueno station.

Great locations and spacious room.

Pros: Location and onsite facilities are fantastic. Located right in the middle of the Main Street. We could walk easily to lifts. Convenience store-like shop across the road. Our rentals few steps down the street. Ski storage down stairs and onsite Onsen is a nice touch. Seasonal staff were friendly(albeit hangover) Shuttle services were very helpful!

Cons: Unfortunately I spotted multiple hair floating on Onsen which put me off. Also, reception staff I think needed a break away from her job. Some of the questions were met with blunt ‘I don’t know’ and I quickly learnt to not ask her any questions.
