Stayed for three days perfect for the group of people we had , clean and comfortable

Pros: Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children. 7/11 walking distance. Appliances for use, bottled water in fridge, very comfortable and clean, great communication with host.

Cons: No smoking on balcony , very close quarters with neighbours

Very very happy with our stay!

Pros: Short walk to the local train and about 20 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, which allows you to go anywhere within Tokyo very quickly. Very thought through equipment of the apartment including a washing machine, flat iron, plenty of towels etc. The host was really responsive and sweet. She also provided free water, fruit and Japanese treats for us

Cons: The staircases are narrow and steep but if you are reasonably fit, it's not an issue.
