Excellent

Pros: The property was well maintained and located in prime location east access to the train station and metros. We really enjoy the stay.

Cons: Initially very difficult to find the property but rest everything was perfect.

Pros: We love the location. It is closed to the station and restaurants. Outside is quiet at night. The rooms are cleaned.

Great location and kind host

Pros: Location was close to shin Okuba and a 15 min walk to the action of Shinjuku. With many food and drink option close by. Aircon was great in the bedroom on hot nights. Host was kind in accommodating our very early checkin.

Cons: One night there was a very noisy neighbour which meant the kids struggled to go to sleep.

Pros: I'm going to write all feedback in here, because its going to be a mix. First of all we didn't get this room at all because of some kind of error on their part. So I cant make review of it, but we did get a different room (in a guest house that is not completely finished yet), on a different location. It was great that they admitted the error and basically gave us better room then we should have, and they paid for taxi ride from the train station. It had two big beds (for 3 of us) and we had basically all house for ourselves. In the end we could not complain, everything was very professional and they communicated it well. (although mostly in Japanese). So take this review as overall picture of their services.

Cons: The location map is not accurate. we take almost 1 hour to find it.The door lock was broken.
