Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno Okachimachi

Pros: Great location! The hotel is within walking distance to the train station, supermarket, Family Mart, Uniqlo & GU, many eateries, and department store. Everything you need is just around the corner, which makes it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Tokyo in the future.

Amazing stay in Tokyo

Pros: Amazing location, room clean everyday, and staff were very helpful.

Cons: Rooms were a little small but that was expected for Tokyo, it was still great value for what we paid.

Pros: Great location, clean and comfy. Staff were super welcoming! Coffee machine at the reception was a nice touch!

Cons: Centrally controlled air-conditioning meant we couldn't cool the room. Made the sleeping uncomfortable as it was unusually warm for January. South facing room mean it got too warm during the day and not cool during the night.

Excellent stay in a perfect location!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful and spotless, which we really appreciated after a long day of exploring. The location is fantastic, as it is very close to the Ueno-Okachimachi metro station, making it super easy to get around Tokyo. Regarding the hotel facilities, we didn't get a chance to try everything, so we can't provide a full evaluation. However, the services we did use were excellent. In particular, the luggage forwarding service (Takkyubin) was handled perfectly and was extremely convenient for our trip. Highly recommended for the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the strategic position!

Pros: Very close to the JR and Metro stations. Convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Compact room with limited space

Lovely staff, clomfortable bed, pillows were a little uncomfortable as they were Japanese style, clean, great location.

Pros: Close to a JR line. Walkable to UENO station for the Shinkansen. Helps us store our luggage when we travel outside of Tokyo.

Cons: Small. Staff should be a little proactive with the laundry congestion.

Pros: This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel. Location is very convenient whether you are flying in or out of either Haneda or Narita (via skyliner). Within short walking distances to train lines, convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Hotel provides free coffee and water bottles during your stay. Housekeeping staff always kept our room clean and refreshed.

Cons: Nothing in particular but maybe a suggestion to consider improving laundry machines in future.

Pros: Location! Everything possible are within walking distance!
