Pros: The accommodation was great for our family of 4. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the heated floors. Handy location too.

Cons: One tiny issue was the traditional seating in the living area only seated 2.

It was a perfect holiday

Pros: Very good place to stay. It is a complete home with one double bedroom downstairs (F1), and two bedrooms upstairs (F3 one with tatami/futons and one with a double bed). One toilet downstairs (F1), and one upstairs (F3) and the bathroom is downstairs (F1). On F2 there is a really good living area with a large kitchen. We could leave our luggage before checking in and the host was very communicative. We asked for a second key and got it immediately. The location is perfect, close to Itabashi station and Shin Itabashi station and very close to several supermarkets and restaurants. Also, for if you are staying in the summer, there is an outdoor swimming pool nearby. The home was clean and well equipped. There were a lot of clean towels, and also toilet paper, shampoo, showergel, et cetera was available.

Cons: The only thing I can mention is the rather small double bed (in width), but that is because we are large people and we are used to a very large bed. Everything else was perfect!

Top choice for family/friends trip

Pros: The location is really good. It is not far from the JR station, and it is located near some popular TO-GO places in Tokyo (Mostly reachable within 30~40 of travel time). And there are convenience store and overnight restaurant nearby. One of the road nearby will even go across the JR railway (You can take a good pic of the train and the railway there)

Pros: Very clean and modern. Spacious. Kokie response to our message fast. Train station close by. The location is in a quiet location.

Cons: A little difficult to bring the luggage up and down. More information about the services around the area. Could use more English direction for appliances

Pros: Nos gustó que era un piso con todas las comodidades, para familias y grupos perfecto. Incluso se podía estar en la terraza de arriba.

Cons: Yo mejoraría las explicaciones de los electrodomésticos. Y pondría algún vaso , ya que solo había copas.
