Pros: Really great location to unwind after a packed day of sightseeing. Very conveniently located to train, bus and tram stops to get you around Tokyo. Excellent value for money in Tokyo, no bells and whistles but clean and very comfortable, stayed 9 nights with my nephew, and we both enjoyed it. Loved having access to a washing machine. The space is tight, but it's well used. The aircon works well downstairs and upstairs, which was a blessing in the September heat. Overall considering the price, this place is a definite gem and deserves a 10.

Cons: Not really something that can be fixed. But if you're tall, you will hit your head a lot on the door frame and lights. I am 6'4 and many of the door frames came up to my chin. I hit my head many times.

Overall was a very comfortable stay and definitely would recommend.

Pros: The host was very responsive, booked this location last minute at around 8.45 pm and managed to get settled in by 9.30 pm. Good facilities: has wifi, hot water, washing machine and detergent provided, fridge, microwave, towels, bathing toiletries and water kettle. The area was very clean. Very value for money considering that we got a whole villa, especially in Tokyo.

Cons: The only issues were that the first-floor aircon was quite weak and that the location is around a 10+ min walk from the nearest train stations.
