Cozy luxury close enough to - yet far enough from - the action

Pros: Amazingly clean, well furnished, and beautifully designed. A cozy and thoughtfully crafted space that feels like a luxury home. About a 10 minute walk to the nearest station, which is only one stop away from Ikebukuro - a major shopping hub in Tokyo.

Cons: Only real issue is that there's only convenient access to one station/line - but that is more so a problem of the suburbs in general. As far as suburbs go - it's hard to be more convenient than one stop away from Ikebukuro.
