Central to Shinjuku and good for groups!

Pros: The property is situated at a good location, central to Shinjuku and walking distance to many shopping, eating and clubbing areas. It’s less than 3minute walk to the station. The house is in a decent neighborhood so you don’t get noisy people walking by but you can hear the trains and ambulances. We liked that it had two toilets and they’re separate from the “bath room”. Water heats up fast just difficult to turn down the heat so beware it’s super hot! We liked that the property offers amenities like towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower essentials like shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Also there is a balcony which was great to just look around the neighborhood. We like that there was space. The rooms aren’t too spacious as you can only lay down one big luggage really but enough space to get by walking around. We also liked that each room had A/C with heating available.

Cons: The property when we arrived was a bit dirty. The walls were stained. The sink above the toilet on the first floor didn’t work. Also the closet doors didn’t work as well. Also the property pictures advertised there was a TV and there was no TV. This place was made to be seen like a hotel but it’s essentially an Airbnb, no host on site.
