Great base for exploring Shinjuku area
Pros: Great location with easy walking access to 2 local train lines (approx 10 mins with kids) for access to attractions in Shinjuku area and beyond. Comfortable house with enough room for family of 4. Nearby amenities including convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Plenty of restaurants along the main street outside North entrance of Okubo station. Immediate surroundings are quiet and peaceful, away from the noise and lights of downtown Shinjuku. Recommended place for a family stay.
Cons: Dishwasher was not working. Towels were on the small side, as noted in other reviews. But not too bad. It would be nice if there were a few tea bags for guests until they can go to the market to buy some.

We recommend this house for a group of 5 / 6 people .
Pros: Nice space . Comfortable rooms. Beautiful house with 3 floors . Full kitchen and 2 toilette separate and 1 bath room apart .very quiet neighbourhood.

Pros: Ground floor: entrance with small area for shoes, two bedrooms, one with a large bed, one with two smaller beds. A toilet, a bathroom with a small vestibule. First floor: living room, a toilet, a closet with a washing machine, spacious kitchen with many accessories and nice kitchen utensils, large table with 4 chairs, TV and sofa, balcony (covered). Second floor: large bedroom with large double bed, balcony (not covered). It felt luxurious and clean. Very quiet area, you don't hear any noise at night, residential area. In 10 minutes you can walk to two different train stations and to the main area of Shinjuku. Communication with the host was perfect and very friendly.
Cons: Just beware the steep set of stairs to the first and to the second floor and that there is only one bathroom on ground floor.

Perfect for Long Stays in Tokyo!
Pros: The apartment or house is perfect for a large family. We were a family with a baby and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was amazing and well equipped with smart appliances and the location is amazing as well, close to groceries, drug stores, and the metro.
Cons: Nothing really, but I would caution anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs.

Great place to stay for families in the heart of Shinjuku - more like a spacious home than an apartment.

Pros: Sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet, sehr ruhig in einem Wohnviertel gelegen, jedoch nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zu großen, belebten Einkaufszentren und verschiedenen Metro-Stationen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets freundlich und angenehm. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt, für uns war es nach der quirligen Stadt tägliche eine Oase der Erholung. Die Wohnung verteilt sich über drei Etagen, die mit engen, steilen Treppen verbunden sind. Zwei Schlafräume, eine Toilette und das Bad befinden sich unten, in der ersten Etage ist eine weitere Toilette, die Küche und der Wohn- und Essbereich, unter dem Dach ein weiterer Schlafraum mit toller Aussicht auf die Tokioer Skyline - gerade auch bei Nacht.

Pros: Bien équipé. Bien placé 10 min à pieds de la gare. Calme. Sur 3 niveaux donc des escaliers mais parfait en famille (jusqu’à 6, 2 lits double et 2 lits simple)

Pleasant, quiet neighbrhood but centrally located.
Pros: House was spacious, clean, has three full separate sleeping areas. With bathrooms on2 of the three levels. The stairs to 2nd and 3rd floor are really tight for large luggage --- do not book if ANY concerns about carrying luggage to 3rd bedroom on 3rd floor or climbing stair to 2nd floor kitchen and livingroom space.
Cons: No kitchen towels or paper towels for spills. Bathroom towels were small and inefficient. A/C was not turned on prior to arrival. But I did not give home owner opportunity to address my concerns and they were very responsive so I believe they would have. Just request during booking.

Cons: 1)卫生问题，第一天在厨房看到了巨大蟑螂，退房时2人身上有起疹子 2)距离最近车站确实实打实10分钟，拖行李下雨走路很辛苦 3)只有一个淋浴间，需要排队淋浴
