We loved staying here, much better than hotels

Pros: The house was very clean, spacious and within walking distance to the station. The amenities were as described and the local shops were close by. The host was very helpful and responsive. The 2 double beds were super comfortable.

Pros: La ubicación me gustó, estaba cerca de la estación de Shinawaga, a 10 minutos andando. Era bueno pasear por la mañana Tenía ascensor para subir las maletas!

Cons: Habitaciones un poco pequeñas para seis. Ventilación del baño emitía un ruido muy molesto todo el día. Pocos restaurantes cercanos.

Convenient and quiet elevator

Pros: Homes in Japan tend to have narrow stairways so the elevator was a really convenient way to move the luggage during our check in and check out. Comfortable stay and the ac/ heater works. It's a cute home about 13 min walk to and from Shinagawa Station and one block from the cute Kyu-tokaido St. Great check in instructions and response host.

Cons: The downstairs bathroom fan needs replacement as it has a whiny pitch 24/7.
