spacious and perfect for the one night we needed, would stay again

Pros: very spacious and clean, really nice residential area that was quiet and easily accessible.

Cons: some light-switches were inconsistent, for example the bathroom light

Pros: JRの駅も遠くなく、東京新宿へ行くのも便利だった大人数で安く泊まれた設備も良く、とても清潔だった全部屋が十分以上に広かった部屋外にもトイレ・お風呂があり、大人数でもスムーズに入れた

Cons: 部屋外のトイレ・お風呂出入り時のカギの開け閉めが面倒なのと、夜間の開閉音が迷惑にならないか気になった

Pros: Everything! It was perfect. We got the taste of modern Japanese living. The added bonus Zen room took it over the top. Lots of meditation. Ultra close to several train lines so very conveniently located. Will definitely book here again when we return. Excellent communication with the staff/owner.
