Overall it’s good.

Pros: It’s only a 3-min walk to the metro so it’s good and easy to move around. The hotel got kitchen and equipment to cook and the washing drying machine so it’s convenient. But we were staying on the 2nd floor. So we couldn’t see the Tokyo tower from the window, and the noise from the road sometimes woke me up from sleep.

Cons: Facing right to the road which can be noisy sometimes especially when passing the motorcycles.

Convenient

Pros: The location was great. It was just a few minutes walk from the Azabu-Juban station. There are also a children's playground and a small shopping street nearby.

Cons: The breakfast options are very small.

Pros: Everything was brilliant, the apartments are so spacious, new, has everything cooking facilities, washer/dryer. Close to shops, transport, could see Tokyo tower from the balcony. Had a lovely free breakfast. Beautiful hotel and the staff were so friendly and helpful, even called us a taxi which was really nice. Will definitely recommend 100 percent and would love to stay again. Only stayed 3 nights but we could have stayed for much longer. Thank you

Pros: The facilities in the apartment were exceptional. The included laundry and washing liquids were a great touch. The hotels committed to helping the environment too with money gift cards for helping with not getting towels etc everyday

Great value for money

Pros: We were very happy with the studio we stayed in. We booked two units: one for my husband and me with a double bed, and one for the kids with two single beds. We were on the 7th and 8th floors. Both apartments had a view of Tokyo Tower. The rooms were spacious, especially by Tokyo standards. We also had a washer and dryer – which was great! I have no complaints.

Great location, very comfortable apartment and loved the view of the Seoul Tower from our room.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Loved that the shower was separate to the toilet. Loved our little balcony from where we could see the Tokyo Tower. Was great to see this in the day and all lit up at night. The Washer-Dryer was very handy too and the clothes came out dry. The kitchenette was also handy having plates, glasses and cutlery when eating in the unit.

Cons: Nothing.
