Fantastic

Pros: The location could not have been better. We’ve been to Shibuya before but this was another side to the area we really enjoyed. Also it is rare to have so much space, as a family with three adult children that was especially appreciated.

Cons: Nothing, once we worked out the water heater and translated instructions on the heater controls 😁 we were very comfortable

Comfortable, modern apartment in great location

Pros: We did not have any meals in the apartment. Location was very good. Our main reason for selecting this property was its proximity to the scramble crossing and the fact that it offered modern, clean, pleasant amenities.

Cons: Could not find any tea towels or knives. No TV but not an issue for us.

Pros: I liked the fact that it was close to everything we wanted. It was fully equipped and very comfortable. I thought the kettle was so cute the way it played a tune when I boiled water for my cup of tea. I would have

Pros: The place was relatively clean and modern for 2 families of 7 members. There were even Dyson hair dryers for usage. Overall it was a great stay as it is in the heart of residential area of Shibuya

Cons: It is at least around 15 walk to Shibuya station. We did found a small dead roach when we checked in. However, overall it is a good place to stay.

Pros: Very friendly and flexible hosts. Responded quickly and very helpful! Few minutes to walk to all the busy areas, yet tucked away in a quiet beautiful spot!

Fabulous location close to centre of Shibuya

Pros: The location of the property is fantastic. Just a short walk and you are in the centre of Shibuya. Many restaurants nearby as well as a 7/11 and Lawsons which was our daily stop! The house itself is great with ample sized bedrooms on three levels, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living area with heated floors and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

Cons: The bedrooms could have done with a couple more pillows as the ones on the bed are quite flat - but a personal choice. A suggestion to have English translation for the use of the washing machine as it would be very helpful, although, our hosts did assist when contacted about it.
