安くて、また、利用したいと思います。

Pros: 仕事や用事で利用する場合、一戸建てで、住宅街のなかにあり、駅まで、歩いて1分位（すぐ隣）で、飲食店も駅周辺にたくさんあり、便利で、いいと思います。自炊も可能です。料金も安いと思います。また、利用したいと思います。

Cons: 観光の場合は、目的にもよりますが、温泉や食事が楽しみだと思うので、少し物足りない感じがします。 フェス参加やスポーツ観戦等なら、安くて、十分お得だと思います。
