Kaikai House - Art

We really enjoyed staying at Kaikai house. Great location to shops and Yoyogi Park, great design.

Pros: Loved the location and proximity to cafes, shops and station. Loved the style of the design and quirky furniture and art. Loved that we had privacy, but still could stay close to family.

Cons: We couldn't find a light switch for the hallway light - so had to sleep with all the doors closed. We couldn't get the speaker to work. Would have been nice to have basic supplies in the kitchen, ie tea/ milk. However these did not dampen our experience.

Pros: We like it very much, 3 toilets, 2 shower rooms, and 4 basins, which is excellent for a family of 5 adults, there are plenty of towels to use. First house we stayed that provided face wash soaps. Close to Yoyogi station and in between Shibuya, Harajuku, and Shinjuku.

Cons: Ants on the ground floor.

Perfect Tokyo Stay – Ideal for Groups & Amazing Host

Pros: I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs in Tokyo, but this is the only one that I was completely satisfied with. The quality of the accommodation was outstanding — spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and perfectly comfortable for a group stay. I especially loved that it had two showers and three toilets, which made it so convenient for our group of four. The neighborhood is filled with trendy cafes, restaurants, and bars, offering a true taste of Tokyo’s vibrant atmosphere. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Yoyogi-Hachiman Station. The interior design is stylish and thoughtfully curated, making the stay feel like a fresh and inspiring experience. The host’s quick and attentive responses were also truly impressive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely love to come back here on my next visit to Tokyo!

Cons: Nothing to improve – everything was perfect.

Stylish, Family-Friendly, Perfect Location in Shibuya

Pros: Our family had an amazing stay at KaiKai House. This place is stylish and beautifully designed, with tasteful decor and unique artwork that gives the space a gallery-like feel. It’s clear that every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the lighting to the furniture to the art on the walls. The location is unbeatable. It was incredibly easy to get around the city (Shibuya, Shinjuku), yet the house is tucked away in a quiet alley, so we could rest peacefully at night. The balance between convenience and calm was perfect for our family. It truly felt like a stylish home away from home. Highly recommended for families or anyone who appreciates great design and wants to stay in the heart of Tokyo without compromising comfort or quiet.

Cons: Un peu vieillot cependant, les murs nécessiteraient un petit rafraîchissement Le kit lavabo et miroir n'a pas sa place dans le salon

Pros: الموقع ممتاز جدا ونظيفة وصاحب المنزل سريع في الرد قريب من شيبويا مشي حوالي 20 دقيقة

Cons: حجزت خمسة اشخاص ولم يكن فيه الا سريرين لشخصين واريكه تتحول سرير لشخصين ولا يوجد مراتب نوم زيادة

Pros: Great location, value, and thoughtful amenities! Very clean and just as described. Would stay again
