Overall, we are happy with this rental. Recommended to fellow travelers.

Pros: Overall, it's a good house to stay in. 3 bedrooms on two floors, small dining room with TV. Nice Kitchen with clothes washer, microwave, good size refrigerator, gas stove and basic tableware and cookware. Nice bathroom with tub and shower. Adequate supply of Soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap for washing clothes and dishes. Toilet paper, towels etc. were also in good supply. Key in the lockbox and clear instructions on how to enter the house. WiFi worked well. AC in every bedroom was very helpful, if not necessary. It made a huge difference in general comfort. Beds and pillows were comfortable and bedsheets were clean and fresh. The house on arrival was very clean. Location is pretty close to covered shopping street, which is great.

Cons: Check-in time was very late at 5pm. I think that 1-3pm should be a standard. Toilet very small and light was installed in the wrong place. 6ft tall people were bumping head into it every time we entered. It should be replaced with more flat LED light or installed on sloped ceiling instead. This house is about 15-20min walk to/from the train station, so please consider that, especially when it rains.

Great, safe neighborhood. Close to bus stop and easy walking distance to train.

Pros: Great location! About a 13 minute walk to the train station through a very safe neighborhood and also through a covered market area. 7-Eleven on the way to the train station made it perfect for a stop for breakfast. House was clean and beds where comfortable.

Cons: One of the upstairs rooms AC did not cool as good as the others. It wasn't much of an issue as all the others were extremely cool and worked great so we just left the doors open.
