Convenient, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Comfortable beds, cute decor and great location. All of the facilities were new and there were QR codes with directions on everything which made it easy to use.

Cons: the shower is weirdly located in the middle of the living room / kitchen so privacy might be an issue with larger groups but it was fine for us.

We had a very comfortable stay these past two days, and I highly recommend.

Pros: Ayaka House Hirai was spacious and very comfortable to stay in. My friends and I enjoyed stay in the living room, eating together while watching movies on the projector. The location was excellent — it’s very convenient to get to Akihabara, Skytree, and Shinjuku with direct access. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Pros: 처음 들어갔을때 호스트가 숙소에 신경을 매우 쓰고 있다는게 느껴졌습니다. 여행중 숙박을 하는데 필요한 모든것이 준비되있었고 무엇보다 침실이 2개라는점이 매우 좋았습니다. 또한 히라이역과 걸어서 7분거리로 히라이역에서 아키하바라까지 전철로 18분거리라 교통도 편리했습니다. 가성비로 일본주택형태의 숙소를 체험해보고 싶은 사람들에게 추천하고 싶습니다.
