Pros: The owner is very kind, polite and very thoughtful. Explained everything clearly and made us felt extremely comfortable. Her place is very clean and comfortable with all facilities like in your own home. We really love the place and if there is a chance to come back again. Really thank owner for a smooth and comfortable stay.

Nice and good place for family gathering.

Pros: We have 6 family members in this group. Just good enough for us to stay happily. My mother likes the most especially the house structure and cleanliness. Worth to stay for at least 1 week there. Although need to take about 15min to 20min to reach the train station, the weather and view along the road felt so good for everyone of us. Helpful owner during our staying period. Her speedy response is greatly appreciated. She is a friendly person. She gave us a good explanation and information on her house stuff. Take this opportunity to thank her for her help during our trip in Tokyo.

Lovely house, very well located and comfortable.

Pros: The host was waiting for us to arrive. She showed us around the place and explained everything how it works. The house was wonderful. We were 6 people and all very comfortable, with our own space in the house. The location was great and very quiet. I'm very happy we chose to stay here.

A large comfortable house which is highly recommended!

Pros: Lovely large house less than 10 minutes from the Metro Station in Honanco - about 20 minutes on the Metro to Shinjuku in a quiet residential area. The bedrooms are large, all have AC and are all ensuite. It has a large TV with FireTV for Netflix and Amazon streaming services. Good broadband. It has convenience stores and a small number of restaurants close by. A great small and friendly local ramen restaurant is a 2 minute walk away, offering excellent value. It has: ====≠== Washing machine and dryer Dyson hair dryer Drying rooms in each bathroom A tatami room which has beds side by side

Cons: A couple of small improvements could be make this house even better: ==================≠===================================== Very limited cutlery, pots and pans for cooking - we had to buy large spoons for breakfast ! A coffee machine would be great

Pros: The local station was a short walk away and was the basis for our travel into the city.

Pros: Everything was perfect! House was really big, and hosts were so kind that we could stayed very comfortable!

An Exceptionally Warm Family Home To Stay - Especially For Larger Families!

Pros: Everything here was amazing! Our host was so gracious and met us to help us with the check-in. We were made to feel welcome. Overall the home is brilliant, large, clean and great to accommodate a large or extended family. It was warm, homey, and very comfortably fitted with all the modern conveniences. It was in a quiet tucked away setting, but also in a great location for exploring Tokyo, with nothing in the city more than an hour away, but with most places like Shinjuku and Shibuya just a 10 minute Metro ride away. It is close to supermarkets, little restaurants and the Marunouchi Line (Honancho Station) just a 500m walk away. It is also overlooking a beautiful canal and bike/walking path. Overall, staying here made our Tokyo experience complete. We are very grateful to our host and would throughly recommend staying here. Given the opportunity we would love to come back.

Cons: The kitchen was beautiful and modern, one you could use to cook if you were that way inclined, however, it was lacking all the necessary utensils to be able to cook, along with some very basic things such as larger plates, bowls, cutlery and cooking utensils. I appreciate that this is Japan where knives, forks and spoons are lesser used, however, it would be very helpful to have these things. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like, as everything was outstanding.

Pros: This guesthouse was perfect for our group and made our stay incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and still enjoy time together. The owner was kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had a question or needed recommendations. The location was another big plus just a short walk to the metro stop, making it easy to get around. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place!
