Pros: House with all comfort included, friendly host, walking distance to Yamanote line stop Shin-Okubo near Shinjuku

Pros: Good value for the money especially for families. Very convenient location close to shin-okubo station in Shinjuku area. Very quiet neighborhood and very clean facilities.

Pros: The house was clean and spacious for a family of five . The area was very quiet but still close enough to transport and shopping. It looks exactly like the photos .

Cons: The blinds in all rooms were not block out and let in light day and night.

Very happy once we got in.

Pros: Overall it was a Great location, and in excellent clean condition with all the amenities we needed.

Cons: We stood in the rain for an hour to get into the property because door instructions were missing vital pieces of info, and the poeprry manager was unresponsive. Once we got in it was fine.

Pros: Maison entièrement pour nous. Style moderne donc tout est très propre et fonctionnel.

Cons: Il manque des rideaux/volets dans une des chambres, donc il faisait jour à 5h du matin. Difficile de bien dormir.

Pros: The house was well appointed for our group (two couples, two teenage boys), with the perfect bedding arrangement for the group. AC worked beautifully, and having a washer was amazing. It's not noted in the listing, but the washer also functions as a dryer. Also, the shower room turns into a dryer as well. So don't let the lack of a dryer listed dissuade you from booking! We had an issue with the Internet the first day or so, but the host was very responsive with getting someone out there three times until it was fixed. I loved that the house is just one stop from Shinjuku station for convenience, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Tons of restaurants, convenience stores, etc nearby. Train station is about a 10 minute walk, but that doesn't bother us.

Cons: I do wish that in the living room they were able to tuck in a small love seat for additional sitting. when the family was all together, half of us had to sit on the floor. There is an adjacent small dining table, but it's not conducive for sitting together playing cards or whatnot.

Great location, great space, great value.

Pros: Great space, great location. For a family of four, this was an incredible value and much better than a cramped hotel. It was a life saver to have several metro stops -- and a 7-11-- just a few steps away.

Great stay

Pros: Great location! Close to the lively neighborhood but at the same time the apartment is located on a very quiet street. Comfy beds, extremely clean, responsive host.

Cons: The common area is pretty small. But I think that is the case is most apartments in Tokyo.
