Great place to stay with easy access to everything you need. We would stay here again when we come back. Value for money

Pros: The place is in a fantastic location. So close to 7/11 and family mart. Easy walk to train and supermarket. The rooms are big enough and the kitchen is great and has everything you need. The lounge area is great to relax at the end of the day. The bathroom was awesome and the heater in there got lots of use drying our clothes.

Cons: The beds upstairs are hard and not very comfortable pillows. The upstairs area stunk like cigarette from the last person who had stayed there we are guessing. The front step is not very easily seen and is dangerous if you are not aware of the small step. I had a fall because it’s easily missed and only very small.

Pros: It was perfect for our family of 5. Great location and had everything we needed

Cons: The two double beds are on the top floor and the twin room is on the ground floor, but that was a very minor issue. Overall it was great.

Great sized property with good transport links around Tokyo.

Pros: Everything. Really nice property over 3 floors. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Facilities were great and everything was just perfect.

Cons: Nothing. Literally can’t say anything negative about this.

Location is good, 2 stations away from Ueno. Supermarket nearby.

Pros: Good location; whole apartment is relatively big compared with other hotels; facilities adequete.

Cons: Toilet relatively small; bathroom good, equipped with heater & ventilator.

Perfect and cozy.

Pros: Fantastic quiet apartment in a cute residential neighborhood with lots to offer. The apartment was even better than the photos and we were so comfortable. Would stay again!

Pros: Loved the location and space!! Close walk to the subway station and a 7-11 and family mart. We loved having space to spread out!

Cons: We had no issue with this but the stairs are quite steep! Just note if someone in your party might have challenges going up and down steep stairs.

The best stay in Japan for us!

Pros: Honestly, I loved everything about this property. It was very modern and clean. The property felt like a new place, it’s very comfortable and inviting. The towels smelled soo good! The bathroom smells good too, they used a pleasant fragrant. Used the washing machine and dried the clothes in the balcony. The clothes smelled so good as well! I would to buy the same laundry detergent if they have that in North America! The staff were there to drop off something 30 minutes before the allotted time check out deadline but we were about to leave anyway. They were very friendly. By far, the best stay we’ve had from our entire Japan trip. Thank you! Would love to book this stay again if we ever visit Japan again
