Great location, many food options around - Would stay here again!

Pros: Great location, short walk from the train station. Family mart nearby, also many restaurants around which we enjoyed trying each night! Spacious, very clean apartment and comfortable beds, with kitchenette, washing machine and great bathrooms with dryer vent which efficiently dried our laundry overnight. Staff responded quickly to my queries which was much appreciated. Secure code to access the entrance door.

Cons: There was a drain smell from the bathroom towards the end of our stay. Messaged the staff who responded quickly and addressed the next day, so no issue at all.

Great location, easy self check in. Very comfy beds

Pros: The beds were exceptionally comfortable even though we had single beds.

Cons: There was no glasses for water and no tea or coffee.

Clean comfortable

Pros: Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Capacity to cook. Close to okubo stations and walking distance to Shinjuku station.

Cons: Hard to find. Instructions to get in a bit unclear. Our door lock stuck but luckily the cleaner was there and could help us with new batteries.
