Pros: The house is beautiful, practically felt brand new. It sleeps the 6 of us fine - quite comfortably which our kids enjoy. The train station is really close by - seibu-shinjuku line and oedo line. Two doors down, there’s a lawson which make it really convenient - alot of cafes and restaurant around as well. Japan Post is really near as well, making our life easier to post our Japan loot and unused stuff back home.

Cons: The first floor can get pretty cold during winter, when we were doing our laundry. But no issue with the rooms or living room heat.

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Memorable Stay — Truly a Home for Our Family Reunion Our stay was absolutely memorable. The accommodation was perfect for our small group, offering plenty of space to move around comfortably. The beds were just right—cozy enough to give us a restful sleep after long, exciting days exploring Tokyo. The location was ideal as well. It felt perfectly centered, making it easy for us to reach all the places we wanted to visit. To be honest, I was initially a bit anxious due to recent news about fake listings on Booking.com. But our gracious host, Jingyi, quickly eased all those worries. Everything was smooth, reliable, and genuinely welcoming. Because of that, our trip blossomed into the joyous reunion with my beloved siblings that I had hoped for. Thank you for helping make this trip truly special. ❤️❤️❤️

Cons: Softer mattresses in the downstairs room. :-). Our stay could be a notch higher. :-)

Lovely stay in Shinjuku

Pros: The house is lovely. It was very easily accessible from multiple stations which made it easy to get to regardless of where we decided to go. Having the bedrooms split was kinda nice as we had people on different schedules.

Cons: This place was great. We joked that the only problems were that the only shower is on the bottom floor and there is no bathroom on the top floor, but it really did not cause any issues. We had no problems. The home is split across 3 levels, so there are a lot of stairs, but again, not a problem for us.
