Pros: The room is very spacious and super clean,well maintained and the owner seems to be very thoughtful. Overall an exceptional experience staying in this apartment.

Cons: Nothing really....everything is just great. The location is not exactly near Shinjuku JR station but not really a problem

Pros: I checked in with my children and parents. It's very convenient to travel because it's close to the subway station and located in the city center. The room is very clean and tidy, and the landlord is very proactive in answering my questions. A very satisfactory experience, I will still book this place next time

Pros: 對於家庭旅遊來說，真的是非常好的選擇~ 有洗衣機和投幣烘衣機，另外還有兩個獨立的房間，這點很加分！地點也很方便，整體來說是不錯的住宿體驗！！！

Cons: 隔音其實不好，如果對於睡眠品質有要求，並不是很推薦~~~ 另外房東的回覆不夠即時，這一點其實讓人擔憂... 提醒：垃圾要自己處理

Pros: Phòng rất sạch sẽ và mới, tiện nghi đầy đủ, phòng tắm có bồn tắm ngâm mình nghỉ ngơi, gần trung tâm, sầm uất, nhóm chúng tôi rất hài lòng về mọi thứ của khách sạn, tôi chỉ nghỉ 1 đêm nên ko chụp lại ảnh, phòng đúng như hình ảnh. Nếu có dịp quay lại tokyo tôi sẽ đặt phòng ở đây tiếp. Rất đáng tiền.

Pros: Big enough to accommodate 6 to 8 guests but I would stick to 6 in my honest opinion. Super close to everything.

Cons: Localisation très difficile pour les taxis de trouver. Manque des ustensiles pour 8 personnes, pas de fer à repasser. Voisin du haut trop bruyant même à 1:00 am.

Fabulous stay for a family of five

Pros: Location was amazing. Value was fantastic. Very clean. Very safe. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Tokyo again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

Cons: Though not a show stopper, be mindful that there are no closets or dressers for clothes storage.
