A great house in a great location.

Pros: A very nice house in a great location. The owner made sure we had accessed the house ok (which usefully was by door code rather than keys) and that we had settled in okay. The bedrooms were comfortable as was the downstairs lounge/dining room. It was very useful to have a second toilet with three of us in the house. We would certainly book this house for future visits to our family in Tokyo.

Cons: It would be useful to have an information folder about things like the wi-fi password, recycling rules (which are quite strict in Japan) and how to use things like the cooker, washing machine etc. Most controls were in Japanese so hard to work out how to use.

Our best stay in Japan — a perfect house, an amazing host, and not a single downside.

Pros: It was the best stay we had during our trip to Japan. The house is extremely comfortable and pleasant, very well located, and the host is an incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive person. She personally came to explain how everything in the house works — including the washing machine, shower and bathtub heating system, air conditioning, stove, and oven. She always replied to our questions very quickly through messages.

Cons: We didn’t have a single negative point during our stay.

We were very happy with our decision to stay here. It suited our needs very well.

Pros: The home was very comfortable & clean. The kitchen was well stocked, the cloths washing machine worked very well and the home was well stocked with hangers to dry the clothes. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The AC in the bedrooms worked very well.

Cons: The air conditioner in the living room was not able to cool the room. It was very hot on the main floor.

Good traditional style house in great location.

Pros: The traditional style of the house is fun, with real paper partition in one bedroom. It’s in a quiet residential location in a very convenient part of bustling Ikebukuro. Convenience stores and the station are nearby, with easy access to the rest of the city.

Cons: The kitchen is a bit dated, and there are no written instructions for the complicated hob. The house and beds were clean and to a good standard, but the fridge was a bit neglected, with the previous holiday makers’ items still there, and their dirty washing up cloths in the kitchen sink when we arrived.

Pros: 距離車站8分鐘，吃與交通非常方便，就像住在家裡一樣舒適，女屋主會說中文，親切又熱情，還會在我們到達時迎接，並介紹如何使用電器家電，可以簡易開伙，我會再次選擇此住宿

Great 2-story apartment for family in a good location

Pros: The location close to train station, grocery and laundromat. The cleanliness. The equipment (water heater, washer, heater, stove, fast wifi, towels, etc. The place is well stocked). Pokemon toilet rolls (my daughter insisted I put this xD)

Cons: Nothing really. If I'm forced to say something, it's the fact that there were only two bowls but plenty of everything else (tea cups, plates, utensils, etc.), which was funny for a family of 5 xD

Pros: It was close to Ikebukuro Station, clean and spacious house. The owner has been in touch the whole time.

Un superbe logement bien équipé situé dans un très bon quartier et proche de la gare

Pros: Super logement situé au calme dans le quartier d'Ikebukuro mais proche de la gare à pied. Très bien équipé et spacieux, confortable avec plusieurs chambres. L’accueil de l'hôte était super et il nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement des équipements de la maison.

Cons: VMC de la salle de bains très bruyante mais vraiment pas grave :)

Pros: 房東人很好，位置設備等等也都很棒，CP值很高，附近有一堆商店，通勤部分也有池袋大站，巴士也有直達羽田機場的站點

Cons: 因為不會直接對到房東，透過booking會有聯絡不到的問題，有問題需要反應的話可能會無法即時反應
