Pros: It was so convenient and comfortable! close to Keisei station that took us to all the big spots quickly. It was so comfortable for our big family and the villa had everything we needed like ingredients in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, bathroom necessities. It was amazing and Mr. Hiro was amazing at communicating with us and made sure we were all set!

Big bang for your buck
Pros: Location was best. Many restaurants within a 7 minute walk. Ate many times at the fast food Matsuya restaurant. There is a delicious Halal restaurant close by too. The house was spacious with two living spaces separated by the first and second floors. If you have family members who has challenges with stairs, then they can stay on the first floor. There were many vending machines located down the street, so it was convenient to buy cold/hot coffee, tea, and soda. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook food at home, and there are two medium refrigerators (first floor and second floor) to store your food! It was convenient to have the washer available because we were washing clothes almost every other day. There is no dryer machine, but the bathroom has a heater where you can hang your wet clothes to dry. Out of all our accommodation choices, this option was the most affordable.
Cons: The beds were not good. All 8-inch spring mattresses which were loud when moving on the bed. Mattresses were not comfortable because we can feel the springs poking our whole body. We added an extra futon, blanket, and bedsheet on the mattresses to be more comfortable. The staircase was very tight. We cannot bring our 50-pound large luggages to the second floor because the stairs are too narrow. Instead, we just left the luggages on the first floor and unpack our stuff. There is no closet in the bedrooms! We stayed here for 13 days, and we needed to store our clothes and other belongings away, but we struggled to find storage. There are no dedicated dressers or chest to put away our stuff, so we left them in the luggages. There were many times where we had to open our luggages which is inconvenient because the rooms are not big enough for large luggages opened on the floor. Please add more dressers, so guests can put away their stuff! Everyone would appreciate it, Hiro! Currently, there is construction happening on the next street, so you will hear loud noises every day (except Sunday because they don't work on Sunday) in the early mornings. It's louder on the second floor by the family room. I understand that the host want to maximize the house to accommodate as many people as possible, but aesthetically it feels tight and uncomfortable because there are too many beds. For example, there is no dining table to enjoy a family meal together. We mostly ate our food at the sofas by the coffee table or on the beds. Seriously, one of the beds on the second floor can be removed, so a dining table can be added instead. There is a table one the third floor, but it is outside. Sometimes, it rains or it's too cold or it's too loud from construction. Another example is the second room on the second floor is filled with two single beds. There is no place for two people to put their stuff because there are no dressers or closets.

Great for big families.
Pros: We are a big family so the amount of space was perfect. It had three bathrooms. That is there was a tub, two showers and three toilets. It had plenty of beds. It’s in a quaint, quiet little neighborhood that has all the markets and laundromats you would need and only a six minute walk from the train that takes you into the city.
Cons: It was great.
