Really solid

Pros: The location and how well maintained the apartement was

Cons: No hot water for the washing machine and an inconsistent internet connection

Excellent

Pros: Great location in a quiet and local area, gives an authentic not tourist vibe whilst being a 5 minute walk from a subway station that is quick, direct, line to Shinjuku, Tokyo Station, Ikebukoro etc. Easy to find and pick up keys. Excellent shower. Comfy beds. Kitchen and clothes washing facilities available. Air con and heating.

Cons: No negatives.

Peaceful

Pros: Very clean and well organised. In a really good place, close to station

Pros: Cleanliness was really good, value for money, location, wi fi. Check in/out procedure was easy.

Cons: Lack of room for 2 big and check in suitcases.

Easy and effective

Pros: Had everything we needed in terms of a place to leave our stuff, rest, clean whilst not being overly expensive. Worked perfect for what we needed at that point in our travels.

Cons: It was a little bit smaller than expected (Photos definitely made it look a bigger than it actually was). We were unable to access the bins as the code was not opening according to the document provided to me from the beginning. There were also a few things in the digital manual that related to devices in that in our room were different. Having a manual relevant to everything in your room would’ve been slightly more helpful. But, we still managed to figure out most things :)

Pros: The ospitality has been super, it’s close to the station and it’s so clean

A taste of Tokyo in a different way

Pros: The unit is very clean, good in size and comfortable for two of us as friends, each has own space.

Cons: The narrow stairs: it is difficult for older people to carry a luggage up to level 4 without a lift, especially after buying many things that the made luggage became heavier.

Adequate facilities for travelling

Pros: The location of the room and the furnishings in it were quite sufficient for the trip. It was a trip that I was satisfied.

Cons: The towels were dirty but I washed them in the washing machine. There is no elevator but the employee was helpful to carry the suitcases.

Good localisation and staff

Pros: We really like the localisation of the place and also the staff was very nice and help us a lot ! highly recommend !

Lo mejor calidad precio de tokyo

Pros: El mejor lugar en Tokyo calidad precio. Probamos muchos alojamientos mas caros y mas sucios. Es un apartamento increiblemente limpio, comodo, espacioso y mas en comparacion a lo que hay en Tokyo, con muchos detalles, armario para dejar ropa, cocina y ademas la chica que limpia fue super amable. La ubicacion es bastante buena, no alejada de Shinjuku en bus o metro. Ademas la zona en la que está, es zona de salir local tranquila con restaurantes de ellos.
