Pros: From the beginning the host was communicative, and informative. The house was large, the shower, bathroom and washing machine where very well functioning and up to date. The rooms where large, and the kitchen island was fully stocked with the basic necesseities. The host was also communicative ensuring that all our needs are met. They reply fast as well. Overall this place was perfect for our stay.

Great location and worth the price.

Pros: Great location, 10 mins walk to the station and 5-10 min metro to Shinjuku. Very homey vibe and it has most of the stuff you need on a trip.

Cons: We booked for 4 people and it did have sleeping space for 4. But the other bed is a sleeping sofa, that is more like an extra large single bed, so two of us have to cuddle to sleep. But it is kind of expected since most of the hotel is Tokyo is very small.

Pros: The location is great, right on the Marunouchi line, close to Shinjuku. The unit offers a washing machine. Microwave and dishware available. We had everything we wanted for our week in Tokyo.

Cons: Upon arrival, we had problems entering the building as there are 2 different door codes in the explanation book. I had made a screenshot of the wrong one. Aside from this, everything was great.

Pros: The house was very comfortable for the 5 of us. A very quiet suburb, you noticed the noise change as you left the train station.

Pros: Kyunga is very responsive with our questions, she is so polite and friendly, good location closed to city center will surely book again!! Thanks so much !!

Cons: Check out time is at 10 am, I know it’s a policy but give a little consideration because renters are adjusting with the systems like not fully aware that checking out will be done at the i-pad, and trying to figure out where to put the keys and stuff otherwise exceptional place to stay!! Thanks!!
