Hermitage Hotel was very Comfortable and Spacious.

Pros: Amount of Space in the Apartment, Amenities were great and staff very friendly.

Cons: 15mins walk away from the closest train station.

Pros: Before booking, I was a bit hesitant because of some reviews on Google Maps. However, considering the good value for money, I decided to give it a try — and I’m really glad I did. The actual experience was completely different from what I had expected. Hermitage Hotel Nishishinjuku is clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. The room was very comfortable, and the self check-in process was smooth and clearly explained. The location is also convenient, allowing easy access to central Tokyo while still being in a calm neighborhood. The host was responsive and helpful, which made the entire stay stress-free. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a cozy boutique hotel with great value.

Pros: Hermitage Hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku enjoys a convenient yet quiet location, with easy access to the subway. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with a minimalist touch, and amenities are well provided. In Tokyo, where spacious hotel rooms are quite rare, the generous room size here is especially impressive and makes the stay very relaxing. The staff are friendly, polite, and responsive. Overall, it’s a great value hotel and one I would happily stay at again

Pros: 第二次入住了，体验依旧很好。房间很干净，卫生细节做得很到位。车站走路6分钟，出行和吃饭都方便；小厨房厨具齐全，附近超市走路五分钟，半夜买了刺身和啤酒，早上做了煎蛋香肠；像住在这生活一样哈哈，还能洗衣服，提供的洗衣球还挺好闻，住起来舒服，看到门口有很多安保摄像头，带孩子入住也很安心，性价比高，推荐，还会再来
