Pros: The apartment was spacious for Tokyo standard. Very clean, good amenities.

Cons: The wc room was very small, it was a little unconfortable for a tall person to sit on the toilet with the door closed.

Pros: It was very clean, and had everything you needed. Only a 10 to 15 minute walk to trams. Quiet little spot.

Cons: The toilet was a little cramped

Pros: Excellent apartment with all the amenities. There's a kitchen, washing machine, and wardrobe. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the subway and a 25-minute walk to the Shinjuku area. The hotel is very clean and new.

Cons: The bathroom was very cramped; my 183cm height didn't fit. The hotel was probably new and lacked little things like foot towels in the bathroom, shoehorns, and tea mugs.

Overall a very pleasant stay

Pros: We had a very nice stay, the apartment was spacious and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Would definitely recommend. Also, they have umbrellas free to borrow - for a rainy day it helped a lot.

Pros: The apartment was skweaky clean. All facilities are in excellent condition. Spacious and comfortable. Ample supplies provided.

Cons: We had a 3F room with no lift. The staircase is narrow with tall steps. But this is typically the case in Tokyo, I think.

Modern, comfortable, quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Great location: off the main streets and quiet but only 10 mins walk to 2 metro stations: Nakano-Shimbashi and Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome. Close to supermarkets and konbinis, too. We loved the space and having a washing machine meant we could travel light. Comfortable and new with good aircon!

Cons: There are no USB ports so be sure to bring a travel adapter. We stayed for 20 odd days and there was no cleaning service or towel replacements. We were ok with this and washed our bedding/towels but something to keep in mind. The bathroom drying rack is small, we made a makeshift drying rack with string. A dishes drying rack and a tea towel would be a useful addition!

Great place for those who want to have space

Pros: Lots of amenities that allowed us to live much like we do at home. Great amenities included that just made like easy. As a family of four with two late teenage children it was perfect. We all could get away from each other within the space and also had the lounge area to connect before e heading out for the day. We used buses a LOT. Much more convenient than the train cos it was closer. Had a supermarket within walking distance to pick up food a lot cheaper than family mart, Lawton’s and 7 eleven, which were also in reach if you didn’t want to walk to the supermarket. We loved that it was very much an area where there were local residents.

Cons: The toilet was TINY and a little uncomfortable to navigate.

Pros: Great location, very clean and the host shared excellent directions to help locate the property.

Cons: We had read reviews that state you have to book the family suite if you want outside access which is what we did. Unfortunately there must be more than one as our suite was on the ground floor and didn't have outside space.

Pros: That was great! Awesome place with a nice service. Also, the manager was fantastic.

Cons: The toilet could be bigger haha :) but it was very clean and nice
