Pros: Very convenient location and staff is friendly and very helpful

Cons: I had to use stairs ; was not ideal when luggage is heavy and travelling alone. However, staff helped me to carry the luggage for me to my room.

Pros: Such a brillliant location - super close to several metro stations and only a short ride to popular attractions across Tokyo. Akasaka is a hidden gem ot an area to stay in. There are plenty of options for dining, shopping and entertainment, and Alfit is situated within walking distance to all of it. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and we found the staff very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Friendly and welcoming staff ensured that the stay at Alfit Hitel and Bar was a pleasant and memorable one.

Pros: The location was great for tourists and the room was specious and well appointed.

Cons: It would have been useful to have storage or a place to hang coats and jackets.

Pros: The staff were very hospitable and the room was always clean by housekeeping. Great location too, right next to a subway station and bathroom facilities were very good.

Perfect location and lovely hotel. Great Value

Pros: In the centre of Tokyo between shibuya, asakusa, Shinjuku, Ueno. It's very well connected with many subway lines in the area. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They run luggage transfer to your next hotel if you like. Approx €15 per large suitcase. Rooms are clean and comfy. Akasaka is an underrated location for bars and restaurants with decent value.

Pros: This place is soooo cool and the staff are absolutely AMAZING. I have felt bad for my lack of mandarin this trip but their English is so so good so it wasn’t so much of a worry. Magical and unforgettable. Definitely staying there again in the future.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel felt modern and clean. There was no noise in our room and no other disturbances. The size of the room was just as expected but the bathroom was quite roomy. We had an extremely comfortable bed and whenever room services comes you get a new set of pajamas, water bottles, towels and other commodities like toothbrushes or shaving razors. The location was INCREDIBLE, as the hotel is literally right next to the gorgeous Akasaka Metro Station with a cool Harry Potter shop nearby. 7eleven, Family Mart and Lawson are all nearby. You can even get yourself the 72h metro pass with a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank You once more for the incredible experience.
