Pros: Room was clean and in a nice location close to Skytree tower. Our room was on the ground floor so felt like a cave bit, but there were 2small windows to get some fresh air. The communication with a host was very nice and helpful.

Excellent location and nice, modern rooms at a good price.
Pros: Location was excellent and the room was modern and clean. That it included a mini fridge was great too. You're 5 minutes from Tokyo Skytree, which includes heaps of shops, and the Skytree station on the Tobu line (one stop to Asakusa for the Ginza line). The Ginza line is one of the best to be on, and Asakusa is a popular area. Ueno is very close for connections to Narita Airport. There's also the Hanzōmon line (among others, including an airport connection) at Oshiage (Skytree) station on the other side of Skytree. While not as conveniently located to the hotel as the Tobu line, this line is handy for direct connection to Shibuya. To go there on the Ginza line, you need to walk or get the Tobu line to Asakusa first.
Cons: The pillow was too flat for me. I needed to put clothes under it to get some elevation. I didn't get an email about the door code until about 1 hour before the 4pm check in. I thought they forget so emailed around midday to find out. Perhaps let guests know the day prior when to expect the door code and the check in instructions. A small complaint I have about many places these days (not particularly this one) is no basic instructions to reach the property or best train station to use. I chose to walk from Asakusa (15 to 20 minutes) and Google maps took a longer route and dumped me at the wrong property (across the road in another street). Include a map image with the route marked or some basic typed instructions can help a help a lot. EG: Walk towards Skytree along the river, cross the first bridge and along Kototoi-Dori Ave, turn left at Koume-Dori Ave (Y intersection), and the hotel is on the right after 5 minutes. The Tobu line is not a major one, so isn't shown on all maps, yet is the most the most convenient. Oshiage (Skytree) Station (for the Hanzōmon Line) is on the other side of Skytree to where the hotel is. Lines also connect to Oshiage from the airport, and I discovered late in my stay that exit A3 from Oshiage was quite convenient to the hotel (still a long walk underground from the platforms).

Simple but fine for a short stay.
Pros: Super small room, would be perfect for a single person. Conveniently located close to the Skytree, shopping and metro station. Easy to get to the Haneda airport by metro. There is a microwave for all guests use in the common area.
Cons: There is no one on site. We asked for extra pillows but they would be available only on the day after, when we had already left.
