Pros: Great location, all the amenities and facilities you would need. A room including a washing machine is always a huge plus, and the kitchen had everything you would want.

Cons: The only thing missing was a tv, I think some of the other rooms have them but the one I stayed in did not. But it's not that big of a deal.

Excellent experience!

Pros: Easy self check-in process, hosts were good communicators, the room was clean, the bathroom / shower was absolutely amazing! It was a decent space and we had a view. Having access to a washer was amazing, it was a great location, lots of shops and food options, and easy access to the subway. The heat/AC worked very well and the fridge was a good size for a small room! There were very good instructions sent by the owner with all the information you need (in English)

Cons: The bed was very firm and the pillows were very small and firm, it was hard to get a good night's rest and it was quite painful in the mornings.

Great budget Tokyo stay

Pros: Great apartment situated near everything you need. Short walk to the train station to get into tourist spots & a Lawson 2 mins up the road. Handy washing machine & nice big fridge.

Cons: If the pillows were replaced with better ones I would give the place a 10. Also there are narrow steep stairs to carry luggage up so be aware. We were fine but others may not be.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. We love the bathroom and toilet with heated seats and bidet! Soaking in the bathtub after a long day was awesome. It's also a nice neighbourhood. Coin laundry a few minutes away.

Cons: We were assigned a 5th floor room and the stairs were a bit narrow. My wife found it a challenge to walk up the stairs.

Pros: The place is really clean and good size, good location too and wasn’t hard to find nor the self check-in. There was some detergent that I really appreciated. I would stay there again if needed.

Cons: I wish there was a hair humidifier as the air made the air super dry or maybe extra blankets for those who don’t want to sleep with the air on.

Clean and modern apartment in convenient location

Pros: Very convenient location, 10 min walk to ikebukuro station. Also located along a quiet main street away from the bustling area. Modern and clean!

Cons: Space was a bit small, but within expectation. Stairs were a bit tight to get up with heavy luggage.

Clean, comfortable, spacious - but be aware of no elevator

Pros: Very clean, responsive chat, short walking distance to station, easy check in and check out, much more space than other options, good value for money.

Cons: Not necessarily a big problem for us but no elevator and we were on the 5th floor, the stairs are narrow so it’s not ideal for some who may not be able to carry heavy luggage.

Happy with our stay, would recommend.

Pros: The toilet was amazing. Nice area. Clean and sufficiënt.

Great quiet and convenient place to stay in Tokyo, best of both worlds.

Pros: Great location, quiet but vibrant area. Good connections.

Cons: The only thing we weren’t used to were the pillows, however still had a good night sleep.

Great apartment for a longer stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Great place to stay if you’re in Tokyo for longer than a few days. Well designed studio apartment that has everything you need (e.g washing machine, kitchen, Japanese style drying setting in the bathroom)

Cons: They can’t really do much about this but it’s located on the west side of Ikebukuro station which is a bit sleazy and you can’t really avoid it. Location of the accommodation itself is quiet though.
