Cleaniest apartment and perfect location, loverly owner

Pros: Very nice apartment and allow me to check in 2 hours earlier, but I never seen any apartment cleaner then this one , lovely bathroom, oh my God toilet seat with heating for the first time in my life. Great location for everything especially the main train and meter IKEBUKURO station. Definitely will go back again if I ever go to Tokyo next time . I appreciate it for everything. 🩵

Would recommend if you do not have heavy that you have to carry up and down the stairs, but great location!

Pros: It was really clean! We had the room of four people for two, so the space was good, otherwise it wouldn’t be enough!

Cons: The only thing is the 2 floor by stair because there is no elevator, but really good :)

Great place to stay for two while in Tokyo

Pros: Everything was clean and comfortable. Station is 3-4 mins away so you can always use it. Hosts were really nice and helpful all the time. Price is great and no complaints at all.

Nice cosy room in great location

Pros: The room had everything we needed, the washing machine was a nice bonus. It was spotless and the location was really good for us. It was 10 minutes walk to Ikebukuro station which is accessible to all parts of Tokyo.

Cons: The lighting was very bright in the bedroom, maybe a lamp would have helped with this. Also we struggled to open the door for the first time. There are clear instructions to get into the building but not on how to open the door. The flat is very small so be prepared! But it has everything you need.

Decent stay in Ikebukuro

Pros: 5 minutes walk to station Very clean and quiet Nice shower / bath

Cons: No clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. ( initial address led us to a wrong / different location ) No elevator ( very hard to climb 4 floors up) Hard pillows No soap to wash clothes.

Perfect Stay :)

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay – the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was very convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the Ikebukuro West Entry station, and a FamilyMart right next door, which was super practical.

Cons: A small broom or handheld vacuum would be helpful for longer stays, as the floor gets dusty over time. One of the pots didn’t work on the induction stove The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator – it wasn’t a problem for us, but it could be difficult with heavy luggage

Cons: No pot or pan to cook some breakfast and too much things with light that you can’t shut off. I had trouble with fall asleep
