Pros: Perfect location, close to trains, big area for the 5 of us, plenty of room

Overall our stay in this property is good. Hassel free. Clean property.

Pros: The host was fast in response and very accommodate towards our needs. We love the location in Toshima and lots of restaurants and convenient store nearby. Overall was good and also a 15 mins walk to ikebukuro station. And from the station there's access to sunshine city and sunshine aquarium which is a plus point for the property.

Cons: This property is good for family but not for elderly as it has a narrow stairs access to 2nd and 3rd floor. The bathroom and toilet both are separated in different floor. So is a bit challenging for the elderly to climb up and down during midnight to go for nature call.

Pros: The accommodation is very user-friendly. Considering that it is inconvenient to carry luggage up and down the stairs, a separate bedroom is reserved on the first floor for luggage storage, which is very good. The location is very good, very close to the Ikebukuro West Exit Commercial Street, life is very convenient, the house is clean, the child also had a lot of fun, she also liked the tatami room, I will choose it next time, thank you for the reception
