Pros: The house is exceptionally tidy and well-equipped. The landlord is very friendly and attentive. The location is quiet, yet conveniently close to Ikebukuro Station. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very close to the vibrant izakayas streets and station yet extremely quiet, we had the best night sleeps after full days of sightseeing.. super comfortable bed and great bathroom. Highly recommended

Pros: Very close to Ikebukuro station which made getting around by train easy. The whole apartment is very clean and has everything you need to stay for a longer period of time. Staff were very helpful.

整體住宿體驗良好！

Pros: 1.位於住宅區晚上很安靜。 2.整體乾淨整潔，衛浴設備稍微有點年份但用起來還蠻順的。 3.房間很大，真的要放的話足以放的下３,４個２８吋行李箱，樓梯蠻狹小搬運行李要很小心。 4.有提供洗髮,護髮,沐浴乳,洗衣粉,洗碗精等用品及簡單鍋具.微波爐。可以簡單烹調對我們想煮菜補充纖維質很有幫助。

Cons: 1.從車站到民宿路上會經過汽車旅館及路邊攬客的業務，沒有影響到我們，但仍建議晚上至少２人結伴同行會比較安全。 2.鍋鏟筷子等都是塑膠製，鍋鏟握把的部分甚至有點融化的痕跡。當下使用超商的免洗筷替代避免塑膠融出有毒材質的疑慮，建議可以提供耐熱廚具～ 3.浴室外腳踏墊無吸水功能較不習慣，自己放了一塊免洗浴巾替代。

Pros: 空間大、浴室大、浴缸大 可打開兩個29吋行李箱還有很大的空間 床不是那種小到不行的雙人床 房內乾淨，有很多衣架 位置環境安靜，走路兩分鐘有間7-11 走路五分鐘有間開到早上五點的超市 超市旁有羅森跟全家 附近相當多吃的，池袋站外也有許多百貨及藥妝可以逛 整體CP值不錯！推薦！！

Cons: 離山手線稍遠，從改札出來含站內路程約10-12分鐘 樓梯偏窄搬行李稍稍不便 房內鍋具碗盤只有兩碗兩盤跟一支平底鍋還有一支雪平鍋 要煮一頓晚餐可能不太方便 電視只能看日本節目沒有YT跟串流平台

Pros: 地段超方便，地铁过道下的石城超市，民宿附近三家711，药妆，有点购买小需求马上就能解决。 房间干净整洁，周边还非常的安静，很好的住宿体验。下次来有时间还会选这边！

Pros: L'emplacement (à 10mn de la gare d'ikebukuro). La pièce était spacieuse. Lave-linge pratique, frigo avec congélateur. La gentillesse du propriétaire. La propreté du logement.

Cons: Le WiFi aléatoire, qui fonctionnait sporadiquement. Le lit un peu dur et un seul coussin par personne.
