Pros: Extremely large for our family of 4. Very accessible and easy to get to. Smart TV and WiFi were easy and without any issues. Super clean and new facilities. Bathroom was amazing!!!! Loved that it had a washing machine. Location was great and loved that it was in the heart of the suburbs without other tourists around.
Cons: Nothing, it was so amazing - highly recommend.

Very convenient for our early flight from Haneda airport.
Pros: Very nice apartment, clean, quite spacious I would say. The staff was very quick to answer questions we had. As we had an early flight back home, this was a great location - it didn't take long to get to the Haneda airport. Metro/train stations are not far.
Cons: Very narrow and steep stairway to the apartments so it is quite troublesome to get there with a suitcase, if you are not staying on the first floor.

Beautiful, comfortable and extremely thoughtful!
Pros: Beautiful freshly renovated home with thoughtful English guidebook with translations for each of the utilities. Comfy beds, spacious, and a great place to hang out after a long day. Close to the station and surrounded by lots of good food!
Cons: Probably the best accommodation I've stayed in my 2.5 weeks in Japan, no dislikes.

This was positioning us close to Haneda airport for an early flight. Would have loved to spend longer in this accomodati
Pros: 3 bedrooms with double beds, a real authentic feel in on of the rooms, technology at its best with a drying room for clothes. English instructions with pictures which we didn’t find at some other residences. Top notch.
Cons: Tight stairs but it’s only once up and once down with luggage.

Nothing to complain about
Pros: Everything was perfect. Close to the station, convenience stores, supermarket, and park. The room was clean and wellequipped. The staff were nice, friendly, and very helpful when unexpected trouble arose.

Value for money for big group
Pros: host provides manual for gadgets at accommodation so easy to operate them, availability of ground floor rooms which is friendly for elderly, able to accommodate big family, clean, cosy and close to airport and many convenient stores.
Cons: crockery such as cups, bowls and plates are disposables and quite limited, it will be good if can provide a non-disposables. the road leading to the house is very narrow, need to be cautious if driving MPV and there is no parking lot in front of accommodation, hence need to find nearby but it can be quite expensive.

Good stay overall, but no lift!
Pros: Spacious unit overall, although it's definitely in the suburbs area (out of Tokyo), but worth staying if you need to be close to Haneda airport.
Cons: There is no lift and it's on the 3rd floor, so avoid if you have those >25\
