Clean, spacious apartment that feels like home
Pros: The flat is amazing, so spacious and clean and modern, amazing location (10 min walk from the station), unbeatable for that price. Also very quiet, even though it's next to a street with passing cars. It's great that there's already detergent so you don't have to buy some just for washing once. I fell in love with the blanket, it's like going to sleep in a cloud! Please let me know the brand so I can buy it for my home :D
Cons: A towel for drying cutlery and plates could be useful but it's not a big issue.

Enjoyable stay, we would stay again but with some ear plugs :)
Pros: The apartment was a great size - Ideally another comfortable chair would of been well received, especially as there is room for one and its set up for 2 people. Location was also great for us 8-10min walk and the area was mostly quiet.
Cons: The only downfall is the road noise, there is a hospital nearby so you get woken up by ambulances most nights as the windows are not double glazed.

Pros: Great location — just about 7 minutes from the metro station. There’s a FamilyMart convenience store and a big grocery store nearby. The bed and pillow were very comfy ^^ The room was huge, and the bath and toilet were separate, which was very convenient. There were plenty of shelves in the apartment. It also had umbrellas, a hair styler, games, adapters, cables, and more — everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Cons: There are no staff members on site, so if you need anything extra, you have to message them and wait for a reply. The check-in process is a bit confusing. There’s also no place to store luggage — our flight back was around 10 p.m., but check-out was at 10 a.m., so we had to find nearby lockers. We stayed there for six nights, and there was no cleaning service during our stay — no one changed the sheets or towels. Wifi - more less ok.

Convenient location
Pros: The apartment was clean and spacious. The balcony and view to the city was a nice break after a busy day. Easy access to oimachi station which got us to outer areas. The combini downstairs was great when travelling with young children and needed a quick dinner! Nice part of town.
Cons: Beds and pillows were slightly on the harder side.

Decent sized property in a good neighborhood
Pros: Everything necessary for a family to survive was available. Decent sized as well given Tokyo's size of apartments
Cons: Slightly far from train station so was a bit difficult carrying oversized luggages. Also check in process can be made a bit easier

Great value and would stay again!
Pros: Everything was very clean, the apartment felt new and stylish. We also had everything necessary for our stay. Quite big for Japanese standards too! Aircon worked perfectly, bed was comfy. There is a super cute area nearby with lots of restaurants / good coffee in the morning. Station is 7-8 min walk.
Cons: Everything was great. Although it you fly to Bariga airport, be ready it’s 1.5 hours from the hotel. Haneda very fast.
