Pros: Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the station & only one stop from Yamanote line, super handy for our sightseeing. Friendly neighborhood out of the main bustle with convenience store just on the corner. Room was small by our NZ standards but we expected that and it was fine for 2 of us, good to have kitchenette + fridge.

Nice little spot to hop from.

Pros: Excellent spot, great location a little hard to find but excellent communication with the management. It's in an apartment complex with very respectful neighbours.

Cons: The bathroom is a little cramped, but this should have been expected based on the great location.

Pros: Really clean and location was where we wanted to be. Check in was smooth and they even let us early check in.

Cons: Was a bit small for 4 people with luggages but we knew it before it was not surprise.

Pros: 遅い時間にも関わらず、案内メールをろくに読んでなかったオッサンに対しても丁寧にご説明いただきありがとうございました。 よくよく見たらメールで案内を頂いていました。ごめんなさい。ありがとう。

Cons: いわゆる民泊なんですよね。 マンションの一室を宿泊施設として貸し出されているパターンです。 なので小綺麗にしている他人ん家にお邪魔している感じ。 水回りの旧さが気になります。

ロケーション最高！高コスパホテル！

Pros: お部屋がキレイです。 ■駅から徒歩5分で、近くにコンビニもあります。 （冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ケトルや調理器具、カトラリーも一通りあるので、簡単に調理する食品もいけます）

Cons: 私は結論満足です。 ただ強いて言えば、設備の古さを感じました。 ・キッチンシンクのサイズ ・バスタブのサイズ ・ウォシュレットがない などありました。 しかし、 「1万円/日を払ってまでそれらを求めるか」 （それらがあるホテルを選ぶか）というと、 断然こちらを選びます。

Pros: 駅・コンビニ・深夜までの飲食店も多くありましたので不便はありませんでした。 部屋も特に問題はありませんでしたので次回もお願いしたいと思います。

Pros: 事前にメッセージで問い合わせしたのですが、とても親切でご丁寧な対応でした。 ダメ元でお願いしたことも全部快く対応してくださいました。 クチコミで心配してたのですがチェックインも日本語だし、シャワーカーテンもありました。 ソファーベッドもマットレスがありました。 写真よりは狭く感じたけど十分な広さでした。 また、アメニティ、食器、コロコロなど、生活に必要なものも全て揃っていました。クシもありましたよ 駅から近くコスパも良くてほんとに良かったです。 また東京に泊まる時はお願いしたいです。

Pros: 한국인 리뷰없어서 고민했는데 호텔대비 저렴해서 선택했어요 생각보다 너무 좋았습니다 역과의 접근성과 주변 편의시설 마트도 근처라 초밥할인하는거 사먹기 정말 좋아요ㅎㅎ 다음에 가면 또 이용할것같아요 에머티디 다있고 세탁기도 있어요굳굳
