Great quiet location, but no tableware and poor cleanliness.

Pros: The location is great — close to a shopping street and many restaurants, yet situated in a quiet area.

Cons: The apartment doesn’t provide any tableware or cutlery; you can only rent them at the reception, which is not very convenient. Cleanliness also left much to be desired — the bed linen had stains, and there were hairs in the bathroom.

Pros: The apartment was exactly as it was shown on the app. Spacious, comfy. The location was really close to both Senso-ji temple and Otori shrine. The staff were very helpful and they were flexible with the check in time.

Pros: Amazing location, very comfortable room, the room is quite big for Tokyo.

Cons: The floor in our room was completely a mess. I have to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room.

Good size apartment.

Pros: Great size apartment in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: A bit far from a train station . But we hire bicycles so didn't effect us . We liked the area .

Great price for value

Pros: We had a super short stay, but would definitely come back if I’m ever in Tokyo again. Room is quite big for Japan standards and the beds were comfortable.

Spacious well

Pros: What a wonderful gem! Quiet neighbourhood but also close to everything. A little walk to the nearest station but that didn’t bother us. Great little restaurant in walking distance and wonderful recommendations from the owner. If we visit Tokyo again we’ll definitely stay again!

Great value hotel in a relaxed neighborhood

Pros: - This hotel is located towards the north of Asakusa, a bit away from the crowds, which was very nice. It's such a calm and beautiful area. We loved our stay there. - The room was bigger than I expected, with plenty of space for 2-3 people. It had quite a lot of light as well. - Wi-Fi works well with a speed of 90-100mbps when we were there. - The bathroom is quite nice, with a shower area that becomes a drying machine to dry your clothes. Water had nice pressure and temperature. - It has plenty of nice gadgets too, like a washing machine, a roomba, and an air purifier. AC worked well. - Beds and pillows were very comfy, and sofa is big as well. - Again, very calm, self-serve experience. Some people might not like that, but we loved it. - Trash can be left outside of the room every morning so you don't have to worry about finding a place to throw it.

Cons: - If you want cutlery, plates or kitchen utensils you'll have to pay an extra for them. - If you prefer convenience to move around the city, the location of this hotel involves walking 15-18 min to the main metro lines. You've got some buses that help, but plan for 40 to 60 minutes every way to most famous areas in Tokyo. - Maybe it could've been a bit cleaner, but it was OK.

Apartment Apartment in Tokyo

Pros: The apartment was big for Tokyo. We had 3 people so my mid teenage son slept on the sofa which he complained about but the bed was really comfy. It was great having a fridge, kitchen and a washing machine. No utensils but everything is available near reception. And the microwave was downstairs too but easy enough to use. Area was quiet and felt residential despite a main road nearby. Staff were really friendly and the reception is 24 hour you just ring a buzzer. There was a supermarket near by too which was great. It was close to Senjo Temple. If you are looking for size its a good option.

Cons: The distance from the train station. It was a good 15 to 20 minutes walk so after an exhausting day it was sometimes hard.. You can catch the bus which we did once which was interesting. Its a flat walk though to either station. The walk from Asakusa is more interesting, fun and busier with lots of shops and restaurants to stop and look at and eat. From Iriya it was quiet flat walk past Family nart/7 eleven but minimum 15 min. We caught a taxi to the hotel from Ueno but to get back there was a mix up with car size so we just walked as we were in a hurry with our bags which was easy enough.

Perfect casual stay in Asakusa

Pros: I loved everything. What a wonderful stay for a very affordable price. Hope we have the chance to stay there again with our kids next time. Would be perfect with the sofa. Great Balcony with a view and you even can rent cooking supplies for a longer stay. Aircon working fine and the famous Senso-Ji temple and many good restaurants close by.

Cons: Sorry,not sorry, all perfect.
