Nice Apartment suitable for 3 people in quiet location

Pros: Location was good and quiet residential area, there's a local Family Mart on the corner too. Nearest metro is probably about a 15 minutes walk away. Building had an elevator and no issues with it as we were on the top floor. Check-in was fairly straightforward and worked for our needs as we arrived in the early hours of the morning.

Highly recommend this apartment, good value for money plus excellent location

Pros: AMAZING! There is not enough words to describe how much we enjoyed staying at BC Apartments. We will definitely recommend anyone travelling to Japan and staying in Tokyo to stay here. Awesome value for money and we loved the location to so many things to see and do.

Pros: The apartment and facilities were great, lots of extra things you can borrow downstairs, the foot massager was a lifesaver. The rooms were spacious, and the elevator was very helpful! The location was great, a short walk to the famous shrine and shopping areas.

Cons: The property was clean, but could have been cleaner. we dropped something on the floor near the bed, looking under to retrieve it, it was quite dusty. I did not know I booked a pet room, after the rain the apartment did have a wet animal smell but it cleared out after opening the windows.

Excellent Family room which is spacy and full of toys for the children.

Pros: We liked the size , amenities , cleanness of the Family room. Our grand children ( 4 years , 2 years ) were so excited with the LEGOS and the TOYS provided in the room.

Cons: We did not know until after we paid 100% hotel fees that they required 45,000yen DEPOSIT for this room although one staff says that we did not have to pay because we do not intend to use the Free Rental Car at all but later another staff says that we are still required to pay the deposit for the security.

Great value for money, comfortable stay in a quiet part of Asakusa.

Pros: Plenty of space for 3 adults and comfortable. Easy to find and self check-in. Really great to have a safe place to store our luggage as we arrived before check in. They have items like a foot/leg massager, games and hot plates that you can borrow from downstairs. Convenience store very close (1min away) by as well as some good restaurants. The closest transport link is the bus stop 4mins away. The closest metro stations are 13mins & 16mins walk away. We didn’t come with children but it seems to be very family friendly.

Cons: It might need a little updating or maybe a deep clean. Some of the flooring was a little loose.

Money well spent.

Pros: You can see the owner's consideration in the amenities provided

Cons: The water dispenser gave problem everyday. Except for the relief knowing hot & cold water is readily available on our arrival. The dispenser couldn't work properly thereafter without troubling the staff to repair. In the end we just give up trying & opt to boil water the conventional way & buying mineral water instead. Hygiene might need a bit more effort it's a bit dusty in my opinion.

More than expectations.

Pros: Apartment was super clean. Near to Cultural site Pagoda. Spacious rooms and comfortable one. Washroom was super clean, with cloth washing facility. Building has lift so no need to worry about carrying heavy luggage.

Pros: The place was complete, with the needed amenities. Such a value for money. Big space, for a family of 5. You can also borrow the massage leg after a long day of walking. I like the neighbourhood, so calming.

Cons: The location, 20mins or so to the nearest train station. Quite far for aged folks.

Home away from home

Pros: Absolutely beautiful space, the photos don’t do it justice. Very clean, plenty of space - I could have comfortably lived in this apartment. Next visit I’ll be staying here for sure.

Cons: Check-in was a little annoying - I was sure I’d done pre-check in prior to arriving, but apparently didn’t fill in details for everyone. That was fine, except having to do it on the tablet in the foyer was challenging, and it referred to the other guests as pets, so I was a bit confused.

Pros: Nice local neighborhood, near ask the sights of Asakusa

Cons: It wasn't very quiet because the road was a little busy but it was ok.
