I will reuse this company and their system but maybe different location
Pros: perfect set up when you come for few days to Tokyo with a family with kids. Easier than Airbnb and better than two bedrooms that communicate or not
Cons: i was expecting a location closer to Ginza station but at the end quite ok.

Great location but it would be great to have at least one window with a view.
Pros: Good quality fixtures & I like that the cutlery & glassware were of good quality too. They were not from IKEA.
Cons: There was no view at all!

Very comfortable in a great spot
Pros: We loved the layout of the room - it was great for 2 people. It felt roomy but cosy and had what you need for a city stay. The shower was amazing! The staff were really lovely and let us keep our bags at the hotel after check out. We liked that it was only a 20 minute walk into Ginza and very close to a metro station.

Great stay
Pros: The washer/dryer was a godsend and so useful half way through the family trip! Separate toilet, double sink bathroom, good sized beds made the stay very comfortable

Pros: A beautiful and well appointed apartment in a nice quiet, but connected area. It had everything we needed and the konbinis near by were great for meals/drinks in the evening. The shower was the best shower we had in our 1 month trip to Japan.
Cons: No light on the balcony made sitting out reading at night difficult. No toilet brush.

Pros: This is without a doubt the most perfect hotel I’ve stayed at in recent years of traveling. The room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a very comfortable stay. All amenities and towels were fully provided—and there was even a washing machine, which was especially convenient for longer stays. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel truly at home from the moment we checked in. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting to Tokyo Station or Disneyland—and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. We were so happy to have spent four nights here; this amazing stay truly made our Tokyo trip even more memorable 💖. If I ever return to Tokyo, I will absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the city!
Cons: The layout in the photos looked different from the actual room we stayed in, but I believe the size was about the same—it just had a different arrangement.

Great family accomodation.
Pros: Really great value for money. 4 of us stayed- we have adult children. The double sink in the bathroom was great. The extra door at the front ensured that we could have further quiet. No noise from the lift or any traffic at all. The amenities are also fantastic.
Cons: Not much around the area. (Previously stayed in Ginza) However, only a 3 min walk to the station and had JR and metro line access.

조용한 위치. 하지만 사진과 다른 방이 있으니 조심!!
Pros: 주변이 주택가, 초등학교라서 조용하고 안전했다. 방에 세탁기가 있어서 매일 편하게 사용했고, 1층에 필요한 어메니티를 가져갈수있게 되어있어서 좋았다.
Cons: 예약때봤던 룸과 완전 다른 (엄청 좁고,전망도 없고, 창문도 없는) 방을 주어서 데스크에 문의하니, 내가 예약한 방 타입의 이름으로 두개의 방이있고, 우리에게 준 방이 그중하나라고했다. 예약할때 사이트에 올려진 사진은 같은 방타입의 다른방이라고 했다. 너무 황당해서 난 분명 그 사진을 보고 고른거지 이 작고 창문도 없는 방을 예약한게 아니라고 항의를 하니, 결국 다음날부터 방을 바꿔주겠다고 했다. 총 4박중 처음 1박은 그 작고 창문없는 방에서 머물렀고, 나머지 3박은 사진으로 봤던 방에서 머물렀다. 어이없고 황당한 해프닝이었다. Suite 룸이라는 같은 이름으로 그렇게 방 크기와 구조가 다른 두방이 있다면, 가격도 다르게 책정하고, 예약할때 두방의 사진을 분명하게 보여주며 소비자가 선택할수있게 해야한다.

Appartamenti nuovissimi in posizione ottima
Pros: Gli appartamenti sono nuovissimi e molto puliti la struttura è nella zona di Ginza tra le più belle di Tokyo ed ottimamente servita dalla metro i letti sono comodi e la stanza da letto è spaziosa per gli standard di Tokyo ottima la soluzione del bagno diviso dai servizi igienici appartamenti dotati di tutti i comfort molto utile la lavasciuga che consente di non portare con sé troppi indumenti. Ci hanno anche fornito ferro ed asse da stiro. Il personale è cordiale disponibile e molto gentile. Molto apprezzata anche la macchina per il caffè te e acqua gratuita così come là smoking room. Giudizio complessivo eccellente anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Cons: Nulla tutto perfetto
