Comfortable stay near Subway Waseda Station

Pros: Easy self check in. The room is clean. The bed is good. Peaceful place. Near public transport (subway station, bus stop). There are some provisional shops like 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby. Bonus, there is a post office just next door, easy for traveler to deliver luggage to the next destination.

Cons: No staff handling the luggage as it's a self check in and check out. The washing machine has no dryer function.

Pros: Lovely place in a buzzing area only 30 min walk to Shinjuku but there is also a metro view min walking from the Apartment plenty combine stores, supermarket and lots of nice local restaurant

Very nice stay

Pros: The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Everything is like displayed and the host was willing to help us for any problem (but we didn't have any!). Super recommended.

Pros: It was perfectly fitting for a family with a little one. Enough space, calm, stores and restaurants around and well connected to the subway.

Great value for money, spacious and homey

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here, very spacious and bright and had everything we needed. Very clean and soft sheets and comfy bed. The owner was very communicative and helpful which was much appreciated!

Cons: It was difficult to dry the towels in the bathroom so they became a little damp smelling, but we were able to wash them so not a major issue.

Pros: Value for money, plenty of room amenities especially the kitchen, washing machine and balcony. Room was very clean.

Cons: The towels were a bit small and check in wasn’t clear as we didn’t receive the email.

Pros: This is a nice apartment for one or two people. It has several amenities, like a washing machine, air conditioning and a hairdryer. The area is nice and calm. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient for getting cash or buying basics. Waseda metro station is five minutes away, so the apartment has good connections to the city center. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay in the always busy Tokyo, this is the perfect choice.

Pros: Cosy space, great value for the price, all the facilities of Japanese rooms. Close to Waseda station and a nice quiet area.

Cons: We had a small problem with flies in the room but the owners were super responsive and fumegated while we were out and bought us some spray. Great response time.

Excellent stay

Pros: Excellent everything: location, access was easy, communication with the host was excellent: very clear instructions how to find the property and enter, comfortable bed, kitchen is there, all you need, really.

Cons: The bed could be wider for two people, but OK. The balcony could have had a chair.

Comfortable stay with all the basics covered.

Pros: Nice and roomy apartment, decent sized shower and kitchenette, very useful to have a washing machine and space to dry laundry on the balcony.

Cons: The wifi light was very bright at night.
