Cozy, has all you need, amazing location

Pros: It's an exceptionally well organized place, I'm realizing it's quite spacious by Tokyo standards but also - the storage is super smart and you're able to comfortably store your clothes, bags, etc. The place has all you need for cooking if needed too. I also quite liked the living room view. The area is super quiet and cozy, feels very safe even late at night, an extremely nice coffee place is 5 mins walk, subway station is super close and its quite a short ride to the center. All the supermarkets are close by as well, one of them is a large nice shop with fresh fruit and vegs which you don't find often. Of course everything was super clean, too

Cons: Aircon wouldn't work and the host didn't help much fixing that, their advice didnt help. But we didn't really need it that much tbh, I'm sure they would help if something serious was needed.

Pros: The place is clean and cozy. About a 5 min walk to Waseda Station, which is convenient.

Everything was as expected. Spacious and clean apartment.

Pros: Everything was as advertised. The entire apartment was spacious enough for us to stay comfortably, which is better than hotels. So, we got what we expected. Good!

Cons: Nothing. Just a side note, it took around 2-5 minutes to walk from the station and the path was a bit incline, which could be demanding for huge luggage. Travellers with huge luggage, please be reminded that there is no elevator (but we knew about it already from the info). So, nothing to complain about.

Comfortable place to explore Tokyo from

Pros: - Quiet location close to a subway station, supermarkets, convenience stores, and chain restaurants (but not a lot going on apart from that) - New and modern building - Spacious apartment (for Tokyo standards) - Clean and tidy - Comfortable bed and pillows

Cons: - No English instructions (at least we couldn't find any) for how to use the AC, washing mashine etc. (putting up some cards next to the devices would help a lot) - No instructions on how to separate waste in Japan (even though it's expected) and no indications on the garbage boxes outside for where to put each of the bags - No way to hang washed clothes to dry - TV seems to be streaming-only (a shame, since watching Japanese television programs can be very entertaining)

Excellent value for money.

Pros: Apartment was a good size with everything we needed for a 5-night stay. We really liked the area which was quiet but with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and next to a metro station. Key was left in a safe at the entrance so no problem checking in late. Prompt communication with owner.

Cons: Although not a problem for us, the apartment was on the 5th floor with no lift.

Fantastic base for our trip!

Pros: The property was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Waseda station on the Tozai line which is well connected within Tokyo. There were multiple convenience stores around, and we noticed other fast food restaurants etc weren't too far. The flat was clean and provided everything we needed, with enough room to hang things up and keep our luggage out. I slept on the sofa and my friend on the beds and they were both comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower was great, there are also clothes washing facilities but we didn't use them. The aircon, TV and microwave all worked without issue. Johnny was a great host, we had a slight issue regarding the previous guests on the first night but he dealt with it as quickly as he could and helped us settle in.

Cons: I honestly don't know if there's anything I didn't like about the property. It is definitely a little on the smaller side but for the good price it is definitely worth it, especially for the great location.

Will definitely return next time I’m in Tokyo

Pros: Nice quiet location, accessible by subway close by and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby

Cons: Not super close to more desirable locations around Tokyo, but suited us

Good and new apartment

Pros: Location near metro station, just 6 minutes by walking. Two big supermarkets are nearby. Kitchen is full equipped. Good washing machine.

Cons: Local TV stations is not connected, the screen showed no antenna connected. We are arranged to the top floor (5th floor), too high floor for us who are almost 64 years old, as I did request for lower floor.

great stay

Pros: I had a pleasant stay of 3 nights. The beds and sofa are comfortable enough for good rest. The check in and out were easy and smooth. Internet connect was good.3-4mins walk to subway,19mins/3 stations to Shinjuku.

Cons: occasional noise from the street

easy check-in, cute and well equipped, quiet.

Pros: Everything was very thought through and easy to understand and use. perfectly equipped apartment, good foodspots nearby and quiet neighborhood. 10/10
