Great apartment, makes our stay in tokyo comfortable and location is excellent. Away from the crowd.

Pros: Walking distance to Waseda Station. Away from the crowd but still very convenient to travel around Tokyo. Host is very fast to reply, and responded well when we needed iron. Beds were really comfortable.

Cons: Unit at 4th level and we had to carry up our already heavy luggages. Rooftop not available for hanging clothes, so can only hang indoor and takes awhile for clothes to be dried.

初めてでも安心！

Pros: 早稲田大学に用事があって利用した。早稲田大学までは徒歩７～８分。お部屋はきれいに掃除されていて、清潔感のあった。広さも十分で狭い感じはしなかった。アメニティーも歯ブラシ以外は用意されていた。タオル、バスタオルも2泊したが足りなくなることはなかった。Wi-Fiも安定していた。近くにはコンビニ、飲食店、スーパーなどがあり利便性もよかった。また、有料駐車場も近くに何個所かあり、自家用車で行ったが問題なかった。ホストにはお会いすることは無かったが、メールでのやり取りはスムーズだった。初めての民泊だったが、安心して快適に利用することが出来ましたことに感謝します。

Cons: 良くなかった点はなかった。歯ブラシ、ナイトウェアが無いことは、先に教えてもらっていたので問題はない。電子キーの使い方も、丁寧なメールで使い方も問題ない。難しいと思うが、電子タバコがオッケーなら最高だった。

Pros: An incredible value! Comfortable beds, lots of space (for Tokyo), fridge, washing machine, stovetop...everything you need for an extended stay. It was also quite convenient--very close to the Waseda Tozai line stop and so (with a transfer) within easy reach of most of Tokyo.

Cons: The photos are a little misleading in that the staircase pictured doesn't go anywhere, so place is smaller than the photos perhaps make it appear.

Pros: Molto pulita, appartamento nuovo e spazioso. Aria condizionata in ogni ambiente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto silenzioso di notte e ben collegato: stazione di Wasedamachi a pochi passi.

Cons: Ho alloggiato qui per tre settimane, e se posso permettermi un piccolo consiglio metterei qualche stoviglie in più per la cucina (avendo delle intolleranze alimentari ho avuto bisogno di cucinare quasi ogni giorno) e per la pulizia del bagno.

Emplacement adéquat, parfait pour famille, bon rapport qualité-prix, équipements adéquats, hôte attentif.

Pros: Bon rapport qualité-prix, métro Waseda à 4 minutes à pied. Plusieurs épiceries tout près. Coin assez tranquille. Propre et laveuse facile à utiliser.

Cons: Un linge pour essuyer la vaisselle et un couteau à tartiner aurait été appréciés. On s’est débrouillé avec une cuillère. Oui, on a trainé notre beurre d’arachides.

Pros: 아파트 한 채를 전부 빌리는 형식이라 프라이빗한 화장실, 방, 간단한 취사도구가 보장됩니다. 시설이 상당히 깔끔하고 청결해서 머무르는 이틀 내내 좋았습니다. 세탁기가 있어서 길게 머무르시는 분들에게도 추천합니다. 방은 더블 침대 두 개와 거실에 있는 소파베드를 이용할 수 있었습니다. 호스트는 내내 친절했고 연락이 빨랐습니다. 위치는 역에서 걸어서 3분정도입니다. 도보 5분 반경 내에 편의점이 다섯 곳 정도 있었습니다. 주택가라서 자는 동안 큰 소음도 없었구요... 아 그런데 건물 바로 옆에 소방서가 있어서 새벽에 큰 사이렌 소리가 들릴 수 도 있습니다. 새벽 네다섯 시 정도에 큰 사이렌 소리가 울려서 지진이라도 났나 싶었습니다. 그거 말고는 몹시 좋았습니다

Cons: 엘리베이터가 없는 4층이라, 계단을 올라가지 못하는 분들에게는 추천하지 않습니다.
