Great stay in a quiet location in a well equipped apartment in a quiet area but within easy reach of all main areas of T

Pros: Clean, comfortable and well located in a quiet area but easy access to local rail station for quick access to all areas of Tokyo.

Cons: Nothing to really dislike about the property - we knew it wasn’t going to be huge!

Staying at Section L Hamamatsucho is simply enjoyable.

Pros: It’s a great property in a great location. The rooms are a comfortable size with excellent facilities.

Cons: Nothing, really.

It felt like we had our own little apartment!

Pros: Clean, good amenities, near a good station. Stylish. Bakery and coffee shop nearby were very good.

Cons: Not much I can think of

Pros: The superior apartment was big. Enough space to store 2 suitcases. From the high floor you have a nice view to the Tokyo Tower. The neighbourhood itself was quiet. Supermarkets, konbinis, cafes, drugstores were around. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is not in the center but for me it was ok, because there is a JR and metro. Also the monorail directly to Haneda Airport is there as well.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was some kind of noise from outside at night that kept me awake. But Idk, if it came from neighbour or whatever. That was the only negative point to mention

Excellent location and price. Space is welcomed in usual cramped conditions in Tokyo.

Pros: Excellent location, near the station and several delicious eateries. Direct train line to Haneda airport. Easy to manoeuvre with suitcases to and from the station. Very roomy as compared to the usual Tokyo standard. Front desk English is excellent. Don't worry about breakfast as there is an excellent bakery next door that opens at 7.30AM

Cons: This is more like a service apartment. Changing of linens is not included and you will have to pay for additional bath towels. However, a washing machine is provided within your room. Do check when you will arrive as front desk receptionist is in from 8am to 10pm. You will have to store luggage elsewhere if you arrive before they are in.

We really enjoyed staying here.

Pros: Very central, very close to Hamamatsucho Station, Tokyo Tower can be reached by walking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: The balcony could not be used. The toilet room was quite cramped.

Pros: The people working at this hotel was super helpful with everything. They were the best with this hotel!

Cons: The pictures made the room look bigger but it was small. The bathroom very small and the area was a good area but it took long to get to certain main places but you had the yamanote line so it was fine.

Great introduction to our stay in Japan!

Pros: Great location, quiet area, spacious room, wonderful shower, lovely kitchenette and helpful staff.

Cons: Slightly odd bed location which meant scooting around it but was fine otherwise.

Pros: Very good location. Very easy ride from hanade airport. Nice and helpful front desk.

A good stay for Tokyo city trip around Hamamachicho

Pros: 1. The hotel is near Hamamachi-cho station about 5-minutes walk. The room equips with microwave, tableware, wash machine etc. Suitable for long time stay. 2. Although it doesn't serve the breakfast, there is a bread shop next to the hotel which sells bread and coffee. The hotel also serves one capsule coffee per day.

Cons: 1. Although the room is already bigger than most of the regular business hotels, it is still a little bit hard for 2 persons to fully open 2 suitcases without blocking the room walking path because of the interior layout, but still acceptable. 2. The washbasin position is a little bit low for adults. Maybe it considers the share use case of children.
